The best customer service I have ever received. So long story short, I left my phone on top of my car and went through the car wash! I know sounds unbelievable, but I tend to do this often lol My phone fell off the car and into the gutter somewhere and these people at this car wash did everything they could to get my phone back and I got it back. It was not able to be used, but it’s the point that they went out their way to kind of stop the car wash for a few seconds to get the car to get it out.I really appreciate the people that are running this car wash.

I’m really enjoying it! It’s effective in keeping my car clean. It’s convenient for me to have the monthly package. The car wash is affordable and runs efficient. I have no complaints. If I’m honest there are questionable marks after the wash but it is standard for drive through washes I think. If it’s bothersome I will definitely be vocal about it. Otherwise, I will say that I belonged to another wash club in another city and I did preference that they had dry towels available for use at no cost but every business is different.

Spent probably thousands over the years. Multiple memberships. Canceled both today due to them not allowing a complimentary 2nd wash on my beater car that didn't have a membership due to paint. Never had issues getting a second wash if paid for. Today, clerk tried to hussle a second car wash when he made it sound like it was OK to go through again. Nah I'm good fam. Roadrunner here I come.

Very disappointed in the way they just handled our conversation! I have been a long time customer and it blew my mind how the young guy handled our conversation! BUT it’s about par these days! No one gives a damned about customer service anymore!

Would not recommend. Read some reviews that the wash leaves damages but figured it was rare. After going through it, I immediately noticed some scratches on the body and some damage to the mirrors. Definitely not going back again.

Very convenient and clean are all the locations. I can get a wash anywhere in town. Thankful for the company!
