2018 Ford F150, got the recall for the Cam Phasers back in 2021. Heres what the letter said: "A cam phaser that has developed an undesirable noise does not affect the vehicle safety, performance, or emissions." We contacted Ford dealers in the area and we were told its just a noise, don't bother bringing it in. The truck is ok to drive. So, we decided to follow the Ford employees advice, and not worry about it. Its just a noise. Fast forward to October 2023, the truck is still making the noise, but has stopped working and is undriveable. The truck goes into limp mode and gives warning lights. Took the truck to the dealer and guess what, we need complete replacement of the Cam Phasers. But wait, didnt the recall letter say the Cam Phasers does not effect the performance? Didn't Ford say its ok to drive like this? Don't worry about coming in, its just a noise? Now, because we followed a Ford employees recommendation and didn't bring the truck in when we first got the recall letter, now we are past the time frame and milage of the recall, and they are quoting us at least $3900 for repairs. Why should we have to cover the cost of this repair when your own employees told us don't worry about it, you should be ok to drive the vehicle, its just a noise? I called the Ford Customer Relationship Center and was connected to an overseas call center, so that went nowhere. Ford should own this mistake of their own employees telling us we would be ok without the very repair we are having to pay for now out of pocket, and this is also making us spend over $75 a day for a rental while the truck is in the shop. If this is not resolved, this will probably be the last Ford product we ever own or buy. My other vehicle is a Ram and has never given me any issues like this, they seem to be the better company to go with moving forward. Prove me wrong Ford Motor Company.

On 16, October 2023 I took my 2018 Ford explorer to Wray Ford for the internal water pump leakage. I picked the vehicle up on the 26, October 2023, parked the vehicle until the next day, around 12 noon I decided to drive the vehicle to the post office approximately 3 miles from my residence and upon starting the vehicle I hear the chain rattle in the engine " indicating low oil pressure" and a leftover bolt that did not get placed back on the engine. After a brief inspection I discovered where the bolt belongs. The vehicle is just above 54,500 miles, and there of course was NO timing noise present to opening the engine, and the timing chain noise has gotten progressively worse. Car dealerships only uses blended engine oils, I've only used full synthetic oils as the manufacturers recommend, and the performance is far better with synthetic oil. I am a hands-on Mechanic for more than 40 years and have full knowledge of on-board system diagnosticsecond generation, OBD2. It's quite clear that workmanship is the culprit. The gentleman in the service department that received my car for the water pump repair whose name I'll not mention at this time has suggested I bring the vehicle back to Wray Ford on Monday November 6, to revied and possibly correct what was overlooked during the original repair. My apprehension is plainly obvious.

I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle at Wray Ford today! Joseph and Charles were amazingly helpful getting me into the vehicle I wanted and below my monthly payment budget! The process took a while, but they were so patient, and happily stayed after hours to complete the process. They were both personable, knowledgable, and kept the atmosphere fun and positive. I WILL be back and highly recommend reaching out to this establishment and speaking with Joseph if you are looking for a used vehicle.

Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had. Took my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday, Saturday morning I went to pop the hood on my vehicle and it wouldn't open. This is a 2019 with routine maintenance. Called Saturday no one was there to speak with. Called again first thing Monday and they refused to look at it but said I could have Hyundai call them after it was looked at for the cause. Hyundais service manager called to explain it was in no way due to wear and tear and that whoever did it pulled on the latch too hard and broke it. Austin the service manager at ford yelled at the Hyundai manager, wouldn't allow him to speak, then said they weren't paying and hung up. I cannot believe this is how they handled breaking my car.

Sold me a pile of trash. Had to spend $3500 on repairs after owning the car for less than a month. Dealership offered no assistance. So far bills are up to 5k$ in the six months I’ve had it. Will not patronize again, and will probably not buy another Ford, and I’ve been a Fire guy forever.

Great service center. I brought my car in for an oil change and had two recalls done all before lunch! Service team goes above and beyond. Also have to give a shout out to the parts department. Purchased a battery earlier this week. Guys did a great job. Thanks Wray Ford.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealer and its employees. Specifically Carl in the service dept. He was able to work with my schedule get me in and get me out. He was kind amd understanding when I missed an appointment and was still able to take care of me. He knows the vehicles and what techs are good at what. Brandon was the mechanic assigned and he’s just great at what he does. He had it diagnosed, fixed and ready to go so quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be back for my next service. Thank you Carl and Brandon!

I recently purchased a used vehicle here and I have to say it went super easy. They allowed me the time to test drive and check it over so I would be completely satisfied with my decision. I have been rolling in it for 3 months now and it's just perfect. Thanks to everyone involved!

Ask for James Griffin in parts. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. He also has a good mechanical background as a dirt track racer so he can give advice about selecting and installing the right Ford parts.

Poor customer service. I left my truck for three days to fix the glove box and still was not fixed.

I think I took my truck to the service department 10/14/22 because I had been smelling coolant inside the cab (they replaced the heater core about a year ago). The service advisor (Kyle) said I'd have to leave it because it would take time to look at it.I returned on 10/19 and spoke with Kyle again to have him write up a ticket. Again I told him I had a coolant smell inside the cab, had had to add coolant and I also needed the fan belt replaced.I called late the next day to check on my truck and found out I'd been handed over to another service adviser (Carl). Why I don't know and don't really care. I just wanted my truck fixed.Carl told me the mechanic had driven the truck and didn't smell anything and checked for a leak but couldn't find anything. He did say they had replaced the fan belt. I told him I didn't see how he couldn't smell anything and he said he would have it checked again in the morning.I then called back and asked to speak to the service manager. I ended up getting a voice mailbox with no name. I left a message with my name and number. Apparently he was gone for the day because I didn't get a return call.I called this morning (10/21) and was greeted by a woman laughing like she'd just heard the funniest thing ever. After she finished laughing I asked to speak to the service manager. I was transferred and somebody in service picked up. I asked for the service manager and was told he was not there. I asked to speak to a general manager and was placed on hold. After being on hold about four minutes the guy picked up and said the manager was in the shop and he was transferring me to him. After several rings with no answer a voice mailbox answered.I called back again and asked for Kyle in service, was transferred and Carl answered. I told him I wanted them to stop doing anything with my truck that I didn't want them doing anything further with it that I was coming to pick it up. Even though they were supposed to be checking the truck again he quickly told me "No problem, I've got the keys with me right now." I told him that didn't surprise me as they were supposed to be looking at it again. He did remind me that they'd replaced the fan belt and owed $163 (I think). Of course that wasn't tax or labor.I get the feeling since this would have been covered under warranty and they weren't going to make money off of it they weren't going to do anything about it.Also, when I picked my truck up Carl told me they'd pressure tested the line and found nothing wrong. This was about two hours after I told him to leave the truck alone I was coming to pick it up and he told me they hadn't looked at it this morning. So now he was telling me they'd pressure tested the line which was the first time I heard that. I don't believe this was done.Something they were making money on they got right on. This was nothing but a shit show from the start. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to another shop or dealership because you wont get anything but high blood pressure from this place.

Where to begin.... So I brought my car in for a simple clip replacement on my clutch master cylinder.. ended up needing a slave cylinder as well (which requires a transmission removal) and that was no big deal.... In the 3 week period my car was in the shop, my advisor (Kim) called me a total of 2 times. When I called she had no time estimates and no answers to any of my questions. The service manager took over and that's the sole reason I'm not putting one star. only problem I had with the service manager, was the up selling. I added a clutch because it made sense while the transmission was out... but a master cylinder was added to my ticket without my knowledge and when I got my car back it looked like it was prepped for extra work that didn't get my "okay." Outside of the terrible time hacks and other hiccups, the service manager was very easy to work with and extremely informative.
