This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. They follow HIPPA Laws when they feel the need to not consistent at all. The service is piss poor and out of all the people the young female pharmacist is the rudest, obnoxious, evil spirited, loud, disrespectful, and just a terrible human being. Part 2 coming son

Worst customer service. Made an appointment for a flu shot and when I got there they told me to come back a couple hours later. They don’t honor appointments and will waste your time. Never going back.

0 of 5 stars. Can't think of a single positive experience with the pharmacy here. Drive through lady is ALWAYS rude. Inside counter isn't much better. They always act like you are an inconvenience for just trying to get your prescriptions. Last straw was when I turned in a script on the the 15th. She said it would be ready on the 21st. Came back on the 23rd and still not ready. She was extremely rude and just walked away from the window. Old pharmacist came up and said they couldn't fill until the 29th, but call to make sure on the 28th. I had my prescription transferred to another store that day. The pharmacist has no clue what his employees are doing. No one cares. For the love of all that is holy just go somewhere, anywhere else.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The medications are never in stock. There are miscommunication issues between staff and pharmacist with information for customers. The tech at the drive through window is always grossly disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been inside the store several times to pick up prescriptions and have seen the techs be downright awful to customers including myself. I loathe coming to this pharmacy because it is so awful. Walgreens have had such a high standard in other areas, I cannot believe this has continued so long and hasn’t been dealt with.

The pharmacy is the worst out of last 12 places I've lived, meds never in stock, never on time, mixed communication from employees, unhappy employees, get your meds elsewhere.

The old white haired man that is main pharmacist there is a worthless employee. I walked into the pharmacy with 30 minutes before closing and it was a ghost town. Literally no one was in line or sitting down and when I dropped off my prescription, the pharmacist said he wouldn't fill it today and that I would have to wait until in the morning to get my medication The whole time after he told me he wouldn't fill my medication. They just walked around in circles doing nothing waiting for the end of their shift to get there. Apparently they've never seen a real Pharmacy where they're slammed from 8 AM to 8 PM. don't waste your time here these people don't enjoy helping customers or have any decent customer service or patient health in mind.

I can't believe the experience I just had. I lost my crutches & I have one leg. I hopped in the store, asked the lady if she would help me by providing a wheelchair, which there are none.I asked, do you have any crutches? Yes, on back isle. I literally had to hop all the way back, didnt have the strength to make it back to the front, so I assembled the cructches on the floor. Then the lady tells me $65 for a pair or cheap crutches!!!! Oh my, Im so mad right now, I could spit fire. Not a nice way to treat a combat veteran, she offered no help whatsoever! Im never coming back, and she should be fired!

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The store personal were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy on the other hand needs an enema. Starting with the pharmacist that after waiting for 5-10 minutes past nine for him to open the pharmacy, told me that the meds would take 45 minutes to fill. He was short and disrespectful. So after waiting the 45 minutes with my daughter who just had oral surgery, I returned to the counter. I was greeted with "your daughter's prescriptions are not ready yet ". The young dark haired lady went on to say she was busy and didn't have time to finish filling them because there were only two people there and she also had to work the drive through window and the front counter. I understand being shorthanded but I don't think she should have talked to me in the very gruff and rude manner in which she did. So I waited another 20 minutes for them to fill the prescriptions. I will never return to that Walgreens pharmacy. I hope they get some help and learn to treat their customers with respect. Personally I think the young lady should find another line of work altogether.

I usually have compassion for pharmacy techs, as it’s a busy, low paying, thankless job. I was a pharmacy tech in the Air Force and know that Walgreens pharm techs probably have a plethora of rude, impatient customers. However , every single time I go to this pharmacy, I am amazed at how rude the techs are here …and not just rude, but loudly discussing patient information.A patient should be able to feel free to ask questions , and should never be yelled at by the techs for standing in the wrong line. Unfortunately, that is what I have witnessed, and even though the patient wasn’t in the right line, it was awful to see how disgustingly rude the tech was as she shouted to the patient “There is only one line!”Walgreens - this is on you. Poorly managed pharmacies, and inconsiderate, poorly trained pharmacy techs are what people have come to expect at this location, and unfortunately, nothing will change since many of us have no choice but to go here due to our insurance.I do feel sorry that the pharmacy techs employed here will not be empowered to move farther in their career, bc Walgreens apparently doesn’t care about their employees; if they did they would provide appropriate training and expectations… and take accountability for not only failing their employees, but their patients too.

Rude, unfriendly and my last straw was when they were closed on a random day for no reason when my daughter desperately needed medication.
