Horrendously run pharmacy. After half an hour of waiting with children after our scheduled appointment time, the pharmacist literally just rolled down the window shades and left. An hour and a half after our appointment time, they told us they couldn’t give 2 out of our 3 children the shots they had appointments for. Shameful service. Avoid at all cost.

The line at the pharmacy was discouraging. The store however is pristine. The product on the shelves was well stocked and perfectly organized. The long line could have possibly been an anomaly.

If I could give 0 star rating I would. I haven’t used this pharmacy in years.I usually use CVS in target (they are 10 star all day.you never wait,they are ALWAYS ON THEIR STUFF,never give you issues about your meds)They were out of stock. Ok so only place in town that had what I needed was this location. I stayed at this store all day long 11/02/23. Not only did the lady tell me 145 minutes to get to my script,but another 145 minutes to fill it. ?? half a day almost. So I stayed here all day (I work in AR so I travel here to get my meds and go straight back to AR to work) had my husband dog and two kids with me.we sat around all day waiting on this to be filled. After majority of the day they refused to fill it.they said I was 2 days early to get my meds.even though my doctors appointment for my refill was that same day 11/2/23….. super ghetto woman there if I’m being completely honest.they were rude to me.treated me super rudely even after I explained my situation.I missed a day and a half of work.just one thing after another with these people. Not very accommodating and took FOREVER!!!! Please avoid this place.

Very rude! Made me pull around and wait additional 30 minutes. The. Threw my chance in the drawer not in the bag. It went across the parking lot. I hate this place. They took over brookshire and super one.

Walgreens has quickly become an absolute nightmare and not just at this location but company-wide. I attempted to request a refill and got an error saying I had to contact the store. Sadly, that is not possible when you call the store number you are transferred to their call center. I was transferred back to the store (waste of time) where I was on hold for several minutes. It sounded like someone picked up and hung up.I called back and after being routed through the call center (with the pleasure of talking to an incredibly rude employee I was on hold with the store pharmacy again. This was an even longer hold and after 39 minutes on the phone the call was once again picked up and disconnected. It was clear at this point that it was intentional and I have had Walgreens locations do the same thing.I called the store and spoke with a member of their management team and he was able to actually connect me to the pharmacy (an hour after my first attempt to contact them). I spoke with a person in the pharmacy who looked into it. While I was on hold I got the pleasure of hearing her yell into the phone. I was then told they did not have it in stock. This is something the system can notify me on the app without wasting an hour of my day, but that did not happen.I inquired if she could look to see if they had it elsewhere and she said she didn’t know. I’m not sure if they could just not look it up or if she was unwilling.This experience is not limited to this store and every Walgreens location is a nightmare. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

As someone that has shopped at this location since the store has opened probably 20 years or so… the pharmacy has turned to trash… and the new pharmacist should be sent to customer service classes because she is failing big time and one department can reap bad on the entire store

The worst... this is the second time my kids prescription has been filled incorrectly with first the wrong dosage, this time the wrong quantity. Once for an antibiotic, this time for a steroid ..kind of important medications right, luckily I'm an a RN but this delays my kids being treated appropriately, sufficiently and expediently....my husband went to pick up the steroid and they filled another med instead of the steroid...then when I called to check on this and see why the heck they would fill a medication that was just filled last week instead of the medication that was inadequately filled, first it will be ready in 45 minutes.. then it's magically ready after my husband has left..... lastly besides them being clearly incompetent, the PHARMACY MANAGER HAS THE NERVE TO HAVE A REALLY UGLY, NASTY ATTITUDE. DO BETTER.

Did a curbside order, which online when you click here it does give you an option to sit in front or do drive thru, well since it was raining I went around to see if drive thru was busy... it was empty so I pulled through so they didn't Have to come out in the rain.i was met with a very very rude employee who was annoyed I didn't have a prescription which I tried to tell her 3 times if she would have stopped putting thr phone down she would have heard me. ? anyhow I have 2 young kids and this would have been super easy and convenient but totally not worth the attitude, I'll stick to cvs I guess even out of state like we are most of the time. ?

The people that work in the Pharmacy are awesome. They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled. My prescription was out of stock at Walgreens. The Pharmacy staff did everything they could to help me out. The people that work there are caring, concerned, professional, and respectful. I am so grateful for their help This was at the Walgreens in Bossier City, on the corner of Airline and Shed Road.

Xavier at this location is a GEM of a customer service representative to this pharmacy and I’ve let his upper management know. The one star goes to the pharmacy as a whole. When you give a customer a “bogus reason” for your delay, make sure it’s accurate, and that your entire team knows the same bogus, and very DETAILED, lie. From incorrect insurance (I’ve had the same coverage for 10+ years) to RX out of stock, to a one hour pickup time turned into next day. Four separate times I went to get my prescription, I was either in the drive-thru or I went inside. My inside trips were entertaining! I sat there and witnessed every customer receive a “brush off” excuse of a delay. Your staff is possibly the least professional, tactless and rude group of ladies I’ve ever experienced! Zero ounce of courtesy or consideration of your customer’s time. The trash talk behind the counter was appalling.100% HOT MESS!!Xavier clearly was mortified. He eventually knew me by name and knew that I wasn’t leaving that line without my prescription. He was told to tell me another 4 hour wait. I told him to let them know that was unacceptable. He came back and told me to wrap around the line, and magically 10 minutes later I had my prescription.Walgreens upper management, you should do a careful and thorough observation of what goes on and how your Name is being represented.Thank you Xavier for your courtesy.

Absolutely the worst store in Bossier City. I will talk to my Dr in the morning to mail order my scripts. In the meantime my blood pressure is hypertensive. Thanks so much for the grief.

I called in Monday to get my prescription filled and the manager was the most help I’ve had in quite a while with a pharmacy. She went above and beyond to see when she could get my prescription filled. I’ll be using this Walgreens from now on.
