Everyone here has an attitude and very unprofessional. People are sick and people just got out of surgery. We literally just want our medicine. Being short staffed has nothing to do with how you treat your customers. They also never answer the phone and when they do, immediate attitude. Find another job or start acting like you’re getting paid to be there.

They. Never. Answer. The. PHONE.If you need more staff to handle your volume, you should hire more. It's kinda hard to request a refill by phone when you are on eternal hold! Some refills cannot be requested on the automated service. I am moving my prescriptions out of this place ASAP. Warning....do not start your prescriptions here unless you like inconvenience and frustration.

0 of 5 stars. Can't think of a single positive experience with the pharmacy here. Drive through lady is ALWAYS rude. Inside counter isn't much better. They always act like you are an inconvenience for just trying to get your prescriptions. Last straw was when I turned in a script on the the 15th. She said it would be ready on the 21st. Came back on the 23rd and still not ready. She was extremely rude and just walked away from the window. Old pharmacist came up and said they couldn't fill until the 29th, but call to make sure on the 28th. I had my prescription transferred to another store that day. The pharmacist has no clue what his employees are doing. No one cares. For the love of all that is holy just go somewhere, anywhere else.

The old white haired man that is main pharmacist there is a worthless employee. I walked into the pharmacy with 30 minutes before closing and it was a ghost town. Literally no one was in line or sitting down and when I dropped off my prescription, the pharmacist said he wouldn't fill it today and that I would have to wait until in the morning to get my medication The whole time after he told me he wouldn't fill my medication. They just walked around in circles doing nothing waiting for the end of their shift to get there. Apparently they've never seen a real Pharmacy where they're slammed from 8 AM to 8 PM. don't waste your time here these people don't enjoy helping customers or have any decent customer service or patient health in mind.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The store personal were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy on the other hand needs an enema. Starting with the pharmacist that after waiting for 5-10 minutes past nine for him to open the pharmacy, told me that the meds would take 45 minutes to fill. He was short and disrespectful. So after waiting the 45 minutes with my daughter who just had oral surgery, I returned to the counter. I was greeted with "your daughter's prescriptions are not ready yet ". The young dark haired lady went on to say she was busy and didn't have time to finish filling them because there were only two people there and she also had to work the drive through window and the front counter. I understand being shorthanded but I don't think she should have talked to me in the very gruff and rude manner in which she did. So I waited another 20 minutes for them to fill the prescriptions. I will never return to that Walgreens pharmacy. I hope they get some help and learn to treat their customers with respect. Personally I think the young lady should find another line of work altogether.

Rude, unfriendly and my last straw was when they were closed on a random day for no reason when my daughter desperately needed medication.

My husband took my prescription there to be filled, I just had surgery and my pharmacy did not have the meds I needed. The lady looked at my prescription and refused to fill it, because she stated it was not my regular pharmacy. I didn’t know if your pharmacy was out of a certain medication and you couldn’t go elsewhere. Will never use Walgreens again

Too many times I've had to either wait all day for a prescription or they don't have it in stock! The lady at the drive thru window was very rude. My husband went last week to pick up some prescriptions & she was rude to him & today the same lady was rude again. I guess that must be her personality.

very poor customer service. They refuse to fill a prescription for over an additional 24 hours when I should have received it yesterday but didn’t because of THEIR MISTAKE. now I’m going without necessary medications for even longer.

The pharmacy manager, Stacy, is an absolutely awful person. After being a Walgreens customer of 20+ years I've taken my business to CVS and it ended up being a happy ending. All my prescriptions are cheaper there and they are pleasant. They typically fill my scripts in 20-30 minutes and treat me kindly. Walgreens needs to learn that when they treat one person badly they lose the business of the whole family. That's mine and my husbands medications plus all our children's allergy and asthma meds being filled elsewhere now. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Walgreens at all costs.
