I went into the store in bossier city
Walked in did not get greeted at all so I didn’t even know who worked there walked around still no greeting no one asked did I need any help anything
They were not busy
I looked around a while still nothing
Walked back up to the front still no one is around
I ended up leaving
Probably would’ve purchased something but I just felt the whole experience was rude

I found a lot of great pieces! Very cute and stylish! I got 5 tops and a belt for just over $200! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!

VERSONA is my GO TO Ladies Retail Clothing Store in Bossier City, LA. I can ALWAYS find the LATEST trending Women’s FASHIONS in clothing, costume jewelry, purses, shoes, and gift items‼️And the LADIES who work there go OUT of THEIR way to find your SIZE online if it’s not AVAILABLE to purchase IN-HOUSE‼️

Poor customer service. I went in the Bossier location tonight with my daughter. Three employees and one other customer and not one of them greeted us or asked if we needed help. After 10 minutes, another group of customers came in and were almost immediately greeted as well as asked if they could be helped. I put my items down and left the store. I won't be back.

They had a very pleasant (and pleasantly scented) atmosphere here. Despite feeling like a posh store, they had very reasonable prices. The style they are selling here is interesting, but down to earth.

This Store has the best customer service with a fantastic Manager (Holly). They greet you when you walk in and ask if you need assistance. The prices are reasonable and the clothes are just as good of a quality if not better then some of the higher end department stores. It’s the only store I buy my clothes at.

I went shopping last Saturday evening at several women's clothing stores in the Sterling Shopping Center. The Versona was the first store I entered and there were two young ladies that did not even speak to me or asked if I needed any help and I literally was the ONLY customer in the store at 8pm. I walked from the front of the store all the way to the back of the store and was within 10 feet of both of them several times. They were not having a conversation with each other so weren't busy talking. They both simply looked at me and continue to fold clothes or do whatever they need to do so I literally browsed the racks about 10 minutes and then I left because I have never been in the store with two sales people not busy that did not ask me even once if I needed any help oand never acknowledge that I was in the store. It's pitiful and pathetic if one of them was a manager. Cute clothes in the store but customer service score is F. I immediately left and went to Maurice's, Old Navy, and Target where in each store I purchased items and was greeted .

First and last time visiting! I recieved missed reviews about the store, 2 out 3 of the reviews weren't great but I decided to visit anyway....never again. The associate Addie wasn't helpful at all, she literally passed twice before she even acknowledged me. The most attention she paid me is when I told her I was putting the necklace back she asked to hold at the counter....guess she assumed I was going to take it because she walked behind me. I wonder why she didn't walk up there when I was looking around?

There was one nice girl there- younger, quiet, and blonde, but the rest of the staff couldn't be bothered to help me because their friends were shopping today. Older brunette lady straight up ignored me. I hope your friends spend as much money there as I did because I will not be back.
