They don't know what they are doing there! And they aren't Verizon, they're a Russell cellular. It's been a horrible experience. Took them a course of five days to switch my phone over. Then charged al.ost 1500 dollars for a phone we didn't have. If your thinking of getting a mew phone, please go to the main Verizons at airline and youree, we're paying double what the main stores are actually charging! Please, save your money, time, and effort!

I went, out of just randomness, to get an IPad and had what was probably the most easy and wonderful experience ever at any Verizon, let alone any retail store ever. I had Chase who was extremely helpful, saved me money, and gave me the most amazing tips about my account. I highly suggest visiting this Verizon if you are going to change your account at all. Hope this helps!

The employees at Russel Cellular are amazing. Chase was super helpful and friendly. I went in to upgrade my phone without really knowing which phone I wanted to get. He helped me choose the best device for me, helped me work out the most affordable plan options, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice, all while making it feel like I was visiting with an old friend. It's not often that you get a customer service representative that can talk to you as if you've known each other for years.

I didn't know it was a third party Verizon which is okay The girl was real nice I just needed to go to a regular Verizon because I have a business account and I had trouble with my password so it's okay she was very helpful and it was a very nice place to go and whoever the girl is tell her thank you.
