Charged me for a phone case, screen protector, and charger that I didn't ask for. Didn't notice till I got home. Went back an hour later and they said they couldn't do anything about it without the manager. They can't tell me when the manager will be there. Will not go back. They don't care after the sale apparently.

We went and opened a business acct today with Jasmine and she was the sweetest thing ever!!! She made us feel right at home and went out of her way to help us with every concern!! She made the whole process very easy and enjoyable!! Thank you Jasmine and manager!

Great service. Good people. Helping and able to keep customers engaged. I appreciate them and what our customer service specialists go through as I worked in retail and high end service jobs and giving a shout out to those who are working and still dreaming and helping in face to face or contact. I work in tech and I hate robot dialers and calls. Would rather have a worker anytime even on their worst days we can appreciate each other and life. Kudos to the Verizon team. Glad to still be part of this.

Sales lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better service. Verizon needs to send their people over to Russel to be trained. As long as Russel is in business, I will never go back in a Verizon store.

Very patience salesman, Mr Chasc he was to helpful and willing to show me things I didn't understand,we talked alot of small talk but he went out his way to make sure I felt comfortable,and I appreciate that so much.Now remember I went to this store Jan 1 and it was spectacular,so if that's how my new year gonna start I'm very excited. I don't know how Verizon stores work but I have had Verizon about 17years and I never had a experience like that in the big stores and they can learn alot from the small store and will share and make my time back to a small store if I have any problems.

In and out. They talked to me while helping other customers ahead of me. Courteous and friendly. Professional. I’ve been to a couple different locations in Shreveport-Bossier and this one is by far the best.
