Had I great experience. When I walked through the store I was greeted with big smiles. Right away a young man behind the counter asked what I needed and how could he help. His name was Droe. He was really nice and polite. I had just got off work and I was exhausted. He did everything in his power to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Good Job Droe!!! It's not very often you find someone so helpful and so polite ready and willing to make your life a little easier but I found that today thank you ups and thank you Droe

Three females employees in store. The first employee was on the phone talking to customer that called. The second employee was helping customers. The third employee, older lady sitting down at computer made a personal phone call.
When the first employee on the phone discontinued her call with the customer, she began ranting about how the customer was so rude and that the customer could not understand where the store was located. The employee stated that she would block the customer if they called again. All three employees had a good laugh in front of other customers. Professional behavior was extremely lacking at this location as they are probably bothered when having to earn a living.

You have few employees is good really good and some have attitudes.. The one is dry act like they really don't want to help you and sharp with the attitude you just want to go somewhere else and not dealing with them. I just hate its only one ups store there..Sometime they ignore you...Really needs to work on their customer service skills if they don't want to be there and leave the attitudes and personal business at the house.. I rather just use my Gas and drive further to deal with this..It's not worth it...

I was getting a guitar shipped and wanted to ship it with a box so it wouldn’t get damaged and for peace of mind.
I was told that they ran out of the big boxes and I was hesitant to continue with the shipment. I spoke with Ashley on the phone and she was extremely helpful and told me how they’ve shipped guitars before in the case with no box and they never had any issues. Due to Ashley’s reassurance I continued with the shipment and my guitar arrived in perfect condition just three days later!!
Y’all should promote her!!

Each time I go to this location I am greeted even if they are busy. They work to keep the line short by working expeditiously but their service isn’t affected. Always feel good about their service during and when I leave.

Great customer service and very fast. Ray was very fast and helpful. Got my shipment done in minutes! Will definitely go here everytime I need to ship!!

Since new management the store has been much better. Long lines before, now I am in and out.

Three customers were outside and your store was closed early. The guy still in there just waving us away. Hopefully there was an emergency. If not, this is unacceptable.

I went into this store a few days ago. I was shocked at how unprofessional & rude the customer service was. I brought my Direct TV equipment in to ship back along with another package I needed sent somewhere else. The girl who waited on me acted like she was annoyed about having to do it. As in, she was sighing & rubbing her eyes & nose in frustration. She spoke to me rudely and acted like I was bothering her. At one point, I was trying to give her an address and was told "can I just see your phone?" I was totally shocked at how she was acting & thought surely this isn't how employees treat customers..... UNTIL she walked away in the middle of our transaction and another employee had to finish helping me. I was originally told the other package I was trying to send was around $14. I'm guessing she forgot to charge for something and was then told it was going to be $30. I decided I didn't want to pay that much to send this small package and said I would take that back and we'll just send the equipment. I also apologized. She completely walked away and another guy had to step in & finish. I still remained calm and simply asked for her name. I was told it was Ashley. The guy who finished helping me was nice. I'm not sure if Ashley was having a bad day or just doesn't need to be in customer service. Either way, that is not how someone should be treated in a business.

They charge $1 to return Amazon if you don't pre-print yourself
