Could not get anyone to answer the phone or help in the service center until I met Lily. She stepped up to the plate, took ownership of the problem and resolved the issue. I am now very happy with the service deptartment thanks to Lily!

Waited 10 minutes after my appt start time. Did not see the tech check all items on the checklist.

Aaron in service was the most helpful of ALL Toyota people I have spoken to. I absolutely suggest visiting Yokem Toyota and allowing Aaron to be your go to guy.
