The employee who served me today is the rudest and worst employee I have ever been around. She is confrontational, lazy, and rude. I had to put ice in the ice machine for her, and she was doing nothing. I am missing a leg and this woman made fun of me. She made me feel awful, and I don’t understand why. I only needed to checkout. She even questioned me and my debit card after I showed her identification. I’m 42 years old. Worst employee. She represents the store well. Show me your leader and I will show you your troops. She me your troops and I will show you their leader. She represents the owners, managers, and store.

The employee yall working there don't know his name but is mixed or something or Mexican or whatever but he is rude as hell. Don't speak will give you the wrong items will place your change on the counter. Has poor very poor customer service skills. I will not go into that location until he is gone. Josh the mgr on Barksdale Blvd is un professional , other thrifty liquor stores carry L&M menthol green short ciggarretes and Apple Yukon Jack . I have requested it as a customer repeatedly . This location and the mgr Josh is absolutely not what I would choose to represent my company . I mean it's unprofessionalism at its finest . Honestly I'd either do business with the awesome employees that work at the thrifty on north market in Shreveport or go to Sterling Spirits. Either of these two places are attentive to their customer Request . Megan and Tank at the Barksdale location have repeatedly tried to get Josh the Mgr to order the ciggarretes and the whiskey that I have no problem getting at at least three other locations with out an attitude or lame excuses . Meagan and Tank deserve raises ! Do business with North Market location or go to Sterling Spirits!

Been trying to get the store on Barksdale to restock Don Julio tequila for weeks. Still they have none. Been going to the store on youree dr to get it. Very inconvenient. Staff are great. It seems like poor management!

I like the staff they are very friendly and very helpful and they are always helping me out and the public. Couldn't ask for more friendly Place. This Thirty is better with people than the other one's you have. The one's in bossier city are not as nice as the one on Barksdale

Customer service and attitude was very bad. Kati A. At thrifty on Airline and barsksdale gave such poor service it resulted in a company email. I hope employee teaching is done so no one has to encounter the same treatment.

They seem to have a fairly wide selection. I was only luke warm about the personalities in the store though.

At the liquor store on airline and Texas stores I went paid my bills and this lady didn't do that she kept my money, the next bill comes out they say only a small moment was applied not the full moment I gave her.

I came here a month ago to cash a check. Went back again today to cash another check from the same vendor and this lady looked at the check and said "No, we can't cash it." Like I told her I came before to cash it. She was like "No, we don't do those type of checks." Like WTF. Bad customer service. YOU LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOREVER.

I used to frequent this establishment when I was a smoker. But after I quit I find it more convenient to shop my beer elsewhere. I also quit buying scratch offs. But I guess for all your vices this is the place to go to.

In my 30years I’ve never experienced racism until today at the store on Airline Dr and Patricia St. My ID was thrown to me twice and I was called an old slave term. Never have I ever felt anything like this.
