Bossier location needs to do better when it comes to their employee selection. Chelsea was extremely rude while my 7 year old and I were christmas decoration shopping today. Absolutely the worst experience. Loud, and rude.

Ah nah y'all need to get that one lady out of there! The lady with the scrunched up hair, big fake lashes, and tats all over her arms needs to get her attitude checked. Made US go find the price of something with no tag as if that's not her job, and then caught an attitude with me for no reason and acted annoyed when she literally made us go get it, like be for real!

Kinda disappointed in the plus size categories. Nothing was really cute and it was all old fashioned printed things . The girls were also gossiping and I heard their conversation. I’m glad what seemed to be a manager came and split them up cus I shouldn’t be hearing them talk about their other coworker

Target has one of the most efficient pick up system in the area. I love their curbside pickup app. They are fast, reliable, and their associates are friendly and helpful.

Ah, Target in Bossier City – the place where you can pretend you're too refined for Walmart. Because let's face it, who wants to shop at a place where you might witness the next UFC match over the last discounted TV? Target offers a far more civilized experience for those who think they're too good for the chaotic aisles of Walmart.
You can enjoy leisurely strolls down aisles without fearing a shopping cart demolition derby. And if you're lucky, you might even encounter someone using their "inside voice" in public. Target: where you can pay a bit more for the same stuff and feel like you're shopping in the VIP section of the discount retail world. So, if you're allergic to people-watching at its finest, come on down to Target – it's like Walmart without the battle scars.

Target in Bossier City is always clean and employees are friendly. They usually stay stocked and that’s a plus. I would rate 5 stars if they didn’t close self checkout at 7pm and open only two lanes to checkout.

I don’t know when Target began implementing 10 items or less in the self checkout but that is absolutely ridiculous when you only have one cashier line open. Tell your employees working self checkout to get a better attitude. I understand enforcing dumb rules trickling down from corporate but no need for your minimum wage employees to have to bear the brunt of micromanaging overseers. My interaction today was unpleasant to say the least and I have never had an issue shopping there before. I had half a mind to abandon my cart right there and leave without purchasing anything.

I placed an online order to pickup. (ONE item). I stood at the customer service desk for about 6 minutes before anyone showed up to help me. She walked up and looked at me, so I said I had an order to pick up. She pointed her scanner in my direction, so I assumed she wanted to scan the barcode on my phone. I held up the barcode, she scanned it and walked to the back, came out with my bag and handed it to me. THAT was my customer experience.
