I have been a customer at the Bossier City location for quite a while, but after today, no more. Went to get an oil change and was warmly greeted by Mr. Jerome. After being directed into the bay, a person by the name of Kendi took over. She was very condescending when I questioned the pricing. I was then told I needed an oil filter and was told I would get a 25% discount on the filter. She also changed the grade of oil I had been using and then, after she had run my card, said she could drain it. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at Take 5. Mr. Jerome is a fair person. I regret that I will have to find a different place for my oil change.

Avoid this place like the plague. My son went there on 20 Jan and they convinced him he needed extra coolant, which he didn't need. When they added the coolant, they failed to bleed the air out of the lines resulting in a check engine light, no heat and they broke the radiator cap as well. $260 for this fiasco, then another $120 for a real mechanic to fix it all. Jerome and Kennedi (techs listed on the receipt) either need to be fired or have extensive re-training. Definitely never going back and you would be well served to not go there as well! No stars would be more appropriate, as the one I gave was very overly generous.

Great prompt team work, nothing (-) to say. The business wasn’t even open yet, maybe, 20 min til opening. Soon as I went over the threshold w/ the bell, the attendant waved me to come on thru!! He tried to reset alert for mileage, did bit 30 min later it popped off and need to be rest!!! Other than that no problems!!! Love the business ?? ??Bossier/airline location

Customer service is always great. Not happy to have to pay $8.00 for top off now. Still okay. I haven’t decided if I will stick with Take because of the charge. I turned my entire family to Take5 since coming to Bossier City.

Great service. In and out fast. The manager Jeremy asked me all of the pertinent questions, really took care of me, and made me feel welcomed. They also accept coupons, which is a plus these days.Service: Oil change

I’ve had my oil changed countless times at take 5 but today I witnessed the associates under Jeremy complete an oil change without going down towards the vehicle and physically draining my oil. Instead they used a pump to suck out the oils oil which is not specified by my manufacturer, Toyota. Kenedi was one special employee with an attitude when I requested to have the oil changed properly. The assistant manager “JD” on duty asked if I wanted him to complete the oil change by hand underneath the oil pan and once I agreed he was not happy. I’m disappointed that this was done to begin with and would not recommend this specific location. Go to the one off of Youree drive in Shreveport those guys are rockstars.Service: Oil change

Went on Friday afternoon and only had one car in front of me. Ken came out to me immediately and offered a water while I waited. It’s July so that’s appreciated. Only waited a few minutes and it was my turn. Took care of our van very quickly and everyone was very polite. Will be back for our next oil change.

Why does this place never work like it's supposed to? Waited in the hot car for an hour while 4 guys worked on a girl's car and were hanging in her window. These used to greet you and bring you a water, these guys just said "we'll be with you in a bit"

Took my 2017 Audi A4 in for an oil change. They drained my transmission and then added 5 quarts of oil in with the existing 5 quarts. So, now we have 10 quarts of oil. Needless to say the car wasn't happy when I tried to start. I sat in the shop bay for an hour and a half waiting on a tow truck to take it to the dealership to get the transmission services and a proper oil change.

Have been to this location several times and never had a problem. Went in for an oil change in March before heading out of town for work and will not be back. All new employees who put the more expensive oil in my car by mistake after I asked for the less expensive oil. Then proceeded to tell me I needed a new air filter for my cabin because mine was so dirty it would start blowing and I quote "asbestos" into my car. I honestly couldn't believe he said that to me. My air filter was brand new less than a month oldI will never return after the treatment I received. Made me pay for their mistake and then the asbestos threat. Yes I am a woman no I am not stupid.
