Tried to call T-Mobile on the phone and got three different people in two different countries and left more aggravated. When I came to the store within five minutes, the girl had my problem resolved.

Went in to get a phone activated on my plan only to find out that it wouldn't work for me. I wasn't thinking when I paid the 165Bucks the phone was for metro powers by t mobil not a t mobil phone. Which is what I need. So I guess I will keep this busted up phone for now and my youngest grandbaby gets a brand new phone for his Christmas from MiMi. Oh well at least the you g lady in there was super nice and very helpful.

I went to this store to get a phone protector. My plan covers it. There was a representative helping another customer. So I went where there were 4 representatives. The gentleman tried to help but could not pull up the account. Everyone else was on their phones. The young lady that took over was on a video call with her mom about a house. She briefly looked up my account and said I didn't have it. I look on my account after I get home to see I do have it. It's really sad that customer service has come to this. I will never go to this store again. Management needs to retrain their employees on customer service. I really don't like doing reviews like this.

Just called to clarify my trade in options and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. Get out of customer service if you don’t know how to talk to customers.

They don't have anything in this store. Went to get new galaxy Air buds all they had were beats so I bought those. I asked if I could see them she said I couldn't take it out the box. I asked her for reviews she said they were great. I walked in there telling her I need headphones that don't fall out my ear and she turns around and sells me earbuds that do that same 2xact thing. I am beyond livid. Especially since I live in Boston. I prob can't return them now.

Helpful. I shouldn't have to drive to another state to get this level of customer care and compassion. They did not judge my appearance or give me funny looks (something that happens in my home state at the local stores) shout out to the ladies in the store that both attended to my concerns.

Mitch was extremely helpful! We both bombarded him with all kinds of questions and he answered them all with expertise. He is very knowledgeable and kind! Because he helped us so much with our internet tower, we decided to switched from another carrier and got an iPhone (after only having androids so we were very ignorant on how to operate an iPhone). Mitch has more patience than a saint! He has made the transition so pleasant. We appreciate him very much and all his efforts and help to get us up and running with our new phones. Thank you!. ??

This is my favorite T-Mobile location. Friendly staffs with Great customer service. I always come here to pay my phone bill when I travel back to Bossier City, LA. Highly recommend.
