They aren’t willing to accept any new customers at pharmacy if you have to take a controlled medication like adhd meds. Grocery store part is great.

This used to be a nice pharmacy to use....not any more! Either the meds you need are"coming in on a truck tomorrow" or they don't carry it! Ever since Buffey left they have gone as far downhill as they can get! I,for one, will be switching to Walmart pharmacy the next time I need meds. Oh yeah, the people behind the counter are rude. If they are so backed up they need to hire more people. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

This pharmacy used to be the best pharmacy I ever went to.. not anymore.. I guess they changed ownership and the employees now are rude , if you can even get them on the phone.. they hang up most the time as soon as they answer.. then omg who knows when they will get you your meds even when they understand you really need them every day.. yesterday I dropped my script off at 5pm.. they close at 6 so of course they told me I would have to come back in the morning, now it’s the next day and it’s already 1,, I called and they didn’t even have my script in the system.. They say I have to come every month because they have my certain meds and if I go anywhere else then they won’t let me come back.. so basically they get us in and know we can’t go anywhere else because others don’t carry my meds.. Then treat us very bad.. I’ve talked to many others.. I just wish they could do better..

I have used super 1 for over 20 years I have always had great service smiling faces never left unhappy nor have I ever had a negative experience. That all being said it's been the past year maybe 2 that I have had a truly negative negative experience every time I come the women running it now are the rudest they act as if they can't even see you standing there when they finally do decide to talk to you it's with a attitude and a excuse of why they can't fill my medicine every time they say it will be a day or two before I can get to it I'm to busy I can't wait that long for medicine I get very very sick of I go one day without it they act like it isn't there problem. Now I just got medicine Tuesday and it's a prescription for 66 tablets of my medicine they filled only 60 I have been trying to call since Tuesday all they do is pick up the phone and hang it up like the phone ringing even bothers them! I don't understand the need to act so ugly towards people if you are so unhappy with working with sick people why on earth would you take the job, thank God they are not working with our children or our elderly I feel they would be totally unsafe in the care of heartless women!! Super 1 grocery area is always on point nice and helpful but the pharmacy is now casting a dark shadow of negative energy all over that place!!! Heaven let your light shine down and whomever has the ability to address the problems in the pharmacy please please do something quick they are pulling y'all under!!

I used the pharmacy for about 15 years. Because of the customer service, I brought over 10 family members. During COVID, I could not get a driver's license due to DMV office being closed. However, I had an expired license, along with the state provided paper verifying it was a temporary license until the new one arrived in the mail. They refused to accept the OFFICIAL STATE PAPER eventhough they knew me by name. I was told my mother could not pick up the medication, although she has picked it up on my behalf many times over the years. I left their services due to horrible service and need of medication. Magically, CVS was able to fill it with no issues when providing them the ID and paper.Moving forward 6 months later. I thought I would try the service again. Last month, my doctor sent scripts to pharmacy. I went to pick it up, they said they didn't have it. Again, told the same thing the following day. Since I had one script left at other pharmacy, I went there. Now, time to refill. My doctor called Super One and verified the script was there. I then called to verify it would be filled to be told they don't have it. Placed on hold and it was magically there. I go through the process of providing insurance information and told it would be ready at 5pm. At 5:10, I am told they do not have it. Placed on hold again, with a return answer they are not taking new patients. I asked why didn't you inform my doctor when they called? Why didn't you inform me when I called and provided insurance info? Why was I told it would be ready at 5pm? I was told you should have talked to the pharmacist. Really??? So every script called in, people are supposed to know they should talk to the pharmacist? When I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she told me I am the pharmacist.I am done! I promise to take all 10 of my relatives to CVS.CONGRATS! You just lost 11 of your long term customers for good.

I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Experience had always been extremely good. The last two years is when I started noticing decline first in customer service. Then while still dealing with ugly comments and attitudes. Then problems with getting actual medication. They are busy and tell you they are too busy to do or deal with anything. With that being said, I'm going to free up some space for them to breath, by taking my business elsewhere. I am so done with the super one pharmacy. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Today I arrive to pick up a prescription for my sister. The lady that was working the register was working drive thru so ai scroll my phone. Shortly after I hear her aggressively saying “yes ma’am” about 3 times. I didn’t think she was talking to me because normally when greeting a costomer…. people says Hey! Hello! How may I help you? Not yelling yes ma’am! So I look up. This lady look me dead in my eyes and says “You can’t hear?” It took me aback. I’m very easy going. Very. I couldn’t get mad. The Pharmacist was just looking. He said nothing! I guess it normal behavior. The new crew ridiculous.

Dropped off medication for refill for family member and was supposed to get a call back and did not, when I called to check on the prescription the pharmacist that picked up had an attitude since the start which was not necessary when I was never once rude or disrespectful. Customer Service is very important.

First of all this area use to be good...Now I see new people in their with their Nasty a** attitude and talk to you any kind of way..I used to work in the pharmacy not their but it is at super1 in a different state.. These people here have no customer services skill not what so ever. When you stand at counters they don't even acknowledge you not what so ever..they look at you and roll their eyes at you..and then they talk to you like s*** and when they try to explained with an attitude and talk down on you like you have a learning disability. I notice alot of people transfer their prescription somewhere else and I'm about to do the same...If I need attitude like them the 2lway they act toward customers they need to be working at a collections agency with the attitude..I have no choice but it was close to home but I rather go farther to another super1 pharmacy that is a lot better...You about to lose alot of customer if thi go don't change...Right now they have a nasty a** attitude and I hate to say that about anyone...but they made me so mad I just got my meds and took my prescription somewhere else to get filled...you need to sweep that area only...rest of the store stands with no problem nor issue...Just the employee at the pharmacy department......Thanks I hope their is improving at that location...

We use this pharmacy because it is close to our home. I use the drive thru for convenience especially when I am sick or my children are. The drive thru is extremely slow. You press then button to speak to someone and no one answers to even say I’ll be with you in a minute. Then when they answer it’s like it’s a burden. It would be nice if they had someone to work just the drive thru.
