Thank you so much for helping us find our DREAM home!! Mark Sheets was amazing and even hit the ground running while we were living out of state and in the process of moving! Very knowledgable about the area we were looking in and making sure to take every one of our wants and needs into consideration!! He made sure to help us from the moment we called, till the day of the signing and closing! Very hands on team and makes sure that their clients are taken care of! Thanks again and will be using Summit again if we chose to move!

This place is the worst company I have ever rented from. They do not care about your needs (even if you have small children). They never installed insulation like they were supposed to so electricity was always at least $300 a month. We constantly had problems with the AC unit and when we had our attic infested with squirrels it wasn't until a baby squirrel got into the house and almost bit our child that they would do anything about it. And when the pest control came out there and told them what needed to be done, again they did nothing. So the pest control lent me a pellet gun and I had to take care of it myself. When the roof leaked in multiple places the damage was bad enough that part of the ceiling were caving in. Their solution was a couple thin pieces of wood nailed in to hold it up. Whitney constantly talked down to us and was always disrespectful and unprofessional. And when we moved out she looked for any excuse to not give us our deposit back. Grasping as straws out of desperation or personal dislike for us. I will NEVER rent from these people again. And I promise I will make sure I tell everyone I know and meet about this nightmare of an experience. WORST. PLACE. EVER.

Did not find quality tenants to rent my house, they had pets they let urinate all over and also painted rooms without permission horribly I might add. Then did not keep enough of security deposit to cover repairs.
