My child stayed at this facility for several months, simply because all the other daycares had wait lists. If I could have taken him out the first week I would have. He came home in diapers 6 times bigger than him, literally. They had other, very YOUNG children around the infants very often either holding a baby or passing them things…grabbing a pacifier by the part that is inserted in the mouth. Ages were not separated during pick up, so bigger kids would want to play with and touch all over newborns. My child could never kick his runny nose, cough, sicknesses while there. (Not just a daycare thing. Have not issues being sick CONSTANTLY since switching daycares.) They would post notices saying that if sick kids aren’t kept at home they would start turning them away. You are supposed to do that ANYWAYS! EVERY TIME I HAD A CONCERN THE DIRECTOR ARGUED AND FELT THE NEED TO DEFEND TEACHERS INSTEAD OF JUST TRYING TO FIND A COMPROMISE OR UNDERSTAND A PARENT’S CONCERN. She was very confrontational and argumentative about even the little things. Every single time. I would asked for my child to be fed less or less frequently, and did so more times than I could count, with no change. I was told that they do what is best for the children, and they would think I would want that as well. They act like they know better than the parents. Or I was even told when my baby came home with rashes constantly that it was because he had diarrhea, not because they weren’t changing and cleaning him. Funny enough though, he hasn’t had the issue since switching daycares. Every time I addressed something I didn’t like, I was told something along the lines of them doing it that way for other babies with no problem. My child would come home with black mold spots all over his onsies or bibs! When I asked why his clothes were moldy I was told that it happens overnight because the dirty laundry is done the next day. “But it was just a stain,There wasn’t mold there anymore.” On NUMEROUS occasions, I would walk in to get my child and would hear older children being yelled at angrily in other rooms. “I DON’T CARE, SIT DOWN!!” “YA’LL NEED TO STOP TELLING YALL PARENTS YOU GET YELLED AT!” I once had to wait in the office at pick up for my son’s grandma to meet me and get him. While we waited, a parent called and was asking how and why their kid came home with a welp or cut on their forehead. The teacher on the phone put her on hold and asked another teacher. That teacher just said “I don’t KNOW. I ain’t her teacher. Why is that parent JUST now noticing their kid is hurt. If she is hurt it’s probably because she wouldn’t listen or sit still.” That tells me that they obviously don’t file incident reports. Not only are daycares required to do this, but they’re also required to call and inform parents. I cannot stress enough how BADLY I wanted to get out of this daycare. When I finally had enough and made it known that what I asked for my child were not suggestions or up for discussion, all the director had to say back was “Oh wow.” Incredibly unprofessional, uncaring, argumentative, and quick to cover up things. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE!!!

This is a very unprofessional place to work if you love your children this is not the place for you to bring your kids they yell at the children as if they're adults during nap time they yell and talk loud while the children are sleeping just so inconsiderate of the children at their nap time when I say this is the worst day care it's the worst day care.

Very unprofessional!! Teacher turn over rate is unacceptable you never know what the kids are learning because there’s always a new teacher daily. Owner is very money hungry but i have yet to see anything new. Pulled my son out after a teacher( not director or owner) threatened to call CPS over $18 dollars!! How does CPS get called over money? I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything and it should be shut down immediately!!! After being a parent there for over 3 years(not in the same facility because it was ran by a different director who was awesome but same company)you would think they would appreciate you a little more but i guess not everyone has the same morals.

I only gave this place one star because I couldn't give them 0 Stars I am in former employee who was let go from this job because the director and owner of the place did not like me for what reason I don't know but I'll assume it's because I did not kiss up to them along with the other employees this place is a very horrible place to have your children and also a horrible place to work these people are very unprofessional the owner of this place is batshit crazy and has a very bad rep of firing people when things do not go her way she will have you thinking one thing one day and another the other.. the owner and director of the place along with other employees who have been there for years have created a bond between themselves where anyone else who comes into this place of business as an employee is treated poorly talked about very badly and picked on until they either quit or the owner finds a very unnecessary reason to fire you I witnessed be owner talk to children as if they were adults Along With cursing at them and saying very unacceptable things please do yourself a favor and don't bother taking your kids to start point they know nothing about professionalism they'll tell you whatever they have to tell you to get your money

My daughter attended this daycare 1 week. She ended up in the PICU with 2 bacteria infections that later led to her getting pneumonia in both lungs. I took her out of the daycare and asked for my money back since i had paid for a month of service. I called everyday and went by. The owner has ignored me and i am now seeking legal advice. Do not send your children here. They are a danger to children and im learning are not good people. I wish i had went somewhere else or kept her home. I could have lost my daughter and they didnt even have the decency to call.

Awful! They charged me full price instead of part time price and wouldnt change it, and in the mornings i had to drop my son off hes 4 with them and they would keep him with all the babies and they had to be put in the park area and locked in there with ONE person. and he would cry bc it would be hot and he would sweat and thats how they fed them in the morning they would give him a poptart and he would sit outside. NO JUICE no nothing. and when they went to breakfast in the mornings they had to take them to a church. I dont even think this facility has a cafeteria / eating area for the children. HORRIBLE!. i hated it and my kids did too!
