First time at a Sport Clips and pretty disappointed in the service I received. After signing in I was left kind of confused. The staff just went back to talking to each other without setting an expectation with me. The store was dead, and the monitor showed I was next, so I was just sitting there wondering when I would get a cut. One member was sitting at her station talking to other stylists the entire time I was there. The hair stylist I got didn't make an effort to talk to me but was talking very loudly to her coworkers. This was pretty annoying due to the proximity of her face to my ears. The subject matter was about getting off work and men. I looked online before going to see how much I should expect to pay and saw the price I should expect for a Varsity cut to be around 19 bucks. I was pretty surprised to be charged 26 bucks for a simple haircut. Even though I can chalk up the loud talk about guys and what not between the staff to a bad first experience, I would rather go back to my typical place where the same haircut is 30% cheaper.
