Very rude white lady in the office. Came in to receive inspection sticker. Could not get any service or greeting due to the lady on the phone yapping her mouth about personal issues. I was not greeted nor told it would be one moment before she serviced me. She just continued to talk on the phone as if I didn’t walk in and stand patiently for 5-10 minutes. Very rude customer service. Would not recommend!!

Have had to get my truck towed multiple times due to mechanical issues and they are always ready to help. They bill my insurance company directly so I don't have to do anything on my part. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow service. And everyone from the dispatch to the drivers are all professional and courteous!

I have used this company a few times. I will not use them again. They broke the oil pan on my car twice. The first time it was put off as the mechanics this second time it is definitely negligence.Service: Vehicle wrecking
