Family owned sure makes a difference. Shelby was shopping for her next formal dance dress and from the moment we walked in the door we were treated as if we were the only customer there. They were very friendly and treated us like family. With 4 years of High School ahead of us we will definitely be back

Buyer beware!! I bought a beautiful dress for a Mardi Gras Ball. I took it to my seamstress to have it shortened. As she was zipping me up, she noticed the mesh back had a hole in it. The mesh is too fine to repair. She said the only thing she could do was to remove some of the lace appliqués from the bottom of the dress and place them over the hole. I didn't want to do that because I didn't think it would look right and I did not want to pay $917.00 for a dress with a hole in the back. I took it back in and the owner, who was the one who zipped the back for me when I tried it on twice) said that once the dress leaves the store, there is nothing they could do. She did offer to pay my alterations lady to cover the hole with the lace appliqués. Wow!!! I just paid $917.00 for a dress with a hole in it!!!! I will never purchase a dress from Sloan's again and if you do, you need to check it carefully before walking out the door. I strongly do not recommend this store.

My daughter found a dress that made her feel and look like a princess! They were helpful and my daughter ended up making top 10 in her. Big selection and they even have layaway! Also - It was nice that we did not have to to not drive out of town to get what we needed.

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my toddler. I knew I wanted a pair of Converse and a pair shoes with Velcro instead of laces. As soon as I walked in, I saw the pair of Converse I'd been looking at online. Kevin, the store manager, was there and immediately helped me out with sizing. Because my son wasn't there, I had to look at a few different sizes. He did not have a problem with pulling different sizes. I told him that I was looking for a pair of shoes with Velcro as well. He showed me all the different styles they had. I was able to select a pair and a size with ease. They did not have the size that I needed in stock, but they offered to ship them to my house for free. I was in the store on Monday afternoon and the shoes were at my house by Wednesday afternoon. They were packaged well and delivered quickly. Before coming into the store, I had no idea that it existed. This will be the place that we purchase shoes for my son from this point forward. Thank you for all the help.

Went in to the Pierre Bossier location. Both guys were busy with someone so I stood there with my son waiting-we were the ONLY other people in the store. Made eye contact with both guys so they knew we were there. Just before both guys got through a group of 3 or 4 girls walked in. BOTH guys waited on them asking if there was anything they needed, even though they knew we were there first. WALKED OUT, with both 5c phones that needed screens and a possible 6s purchase. Good bye, hope you don't treat all your customers this way.

Took my sons 5c in today and he replaced the screen in like 15 minutes for $25! I got to watch him fix it too. That was cool! Very pleased with the service and the price!!
