I was taking my kids to school when my car messed up I was on side the road for a good 15 minutes only 1 person stopped. Mr. Will he worked for the company stopped to see if I needed help told me about there services even let know they will take my kiddos to school. What so amazing is that he was late to work for stopping to see if he could help me in anyway he could. Needless to says this will definitely be the company I call I'm in need of help. After an accident the officers on duty used this service and my car was towed here. It just so happened he also fixes and repairs cars, so I inquired about it. I have a 2012 Dodge Avenger and the entire passenger side front-end was demolished. After I got the parts from local places that he recommended he had fixed me up in a week! My car still runs great and looks fantastic! I would trust him with any of my vehicles!

This morning on my way to work on Benton Rd in Bossier City, one of the Simpson Tow trucks was headed North on Benton with his lights flashing. He was riding people's bumpers, driving recklessly, and even went around stopped vehicles at the red light at Benton and Shed Rd to run the red light. He was being a total idiot and could've hurt someone. I will be reporting this to his company.

These people were incredibly rude and unprofessional after towing my car following an accident. They would not let me remove personal property from my vehicle even after being given the OK by the insurance company, which is what they told me they needed in order for me to take my stuff. Despite the insurance company stating that the necessary forms could be signed for me by a proxy, Simpson's refused to let anyone but myself sign the paperwork because "those are the insurance rules", and I had to leave work in order to get this handled due to the fact that Simpson's is only open Monday-Friday, 8-5. They made an already traumatic experience so much worse with their terrible attitudes and complete unwillingness to help. I will never do business with Simpson's again.
