Great selection of shoes. Just sucks that they only have one shoe in most boxes and I get it, people are stealing things, just annoying to have ti ask for the other shoe to see if it fits your foot.My only complaint is everytime I come in the store it is hot...

Always sales goingon and nice workers almost no converse for women and small selection of Van's. They have a clearance section straight to the back that has good deals.

The staff in this shoe department was awesome! There's a lady there who went above and beyond customer service... Ms. Cynthia I believe.. there was so many shoes to chose from and I really needed a good shoe because of health problems never finding a shoe that doesn't end up hurting my feet ..but I explained and she got me the right one at a great price ...I also got another pair for slippers as well as a pair of shoes for my grandson! My son too found a pair of shoes too that day .. Yes I will be coming back to this shoe department encore store in Pierre bossier mall and would recommend it to everyone!

Love this shoe place. They have every imaginable shoe there. Have very friendly & helpful staff. They keep it nice & organized. The only thing i didnt like is they keep the temperature too hot in there.
