The only reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating is that the pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some other places. However, the quality of service and convenience definitely make it worth considering. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and secure place to store their items.”

“The things I stored were things you wouldn’t be able to pay to replace. I had my things stored here for 5 months and everything was in the same spot when I came back. I never had an issue everything was extremely simple and stress free. Thank you for being there, I was able to sleep peacefully knowing my sentimental items were safe.”

“Place is clean and easy to get into. Parking spot for trailers is not easy to back in with the storage units so close. Suggest putting gravel on opposite side to allow pull through.”

“4 stars not because of the location’s service but mostly because my truck is always cancelled due to being late, we’ll I might also mention they never have dolly’s available but all you to book them online. Even though I’m late they are always so accommodating and I typically end up paying less than I originally was quoted!”

“We use U-haul for personal and business. Many times a month and have for well over 2 decades. As I travel all over the country, I have come to realize that this is my favorite place of all. Within the company. Miss Wanda ran it beyond compare for many years. And it not only breaks my heart to see her retire yet. I know she will be happier and deserves the time off. I hope whoever replaces her knows what they're doing As it will take a strong leader to continue to expand this location into the future.”
“We've had our spot at Park N Place since late 2010. The family & crew on the property do a great job. The convenient dump station, wash bay & water/air station are appreciated. Security is great! For the price, we believe Park N Place Boat and RV Storage is the best RV/boat storage facility within our ArkLaTex region.”
“The girl that's work at this location Amanda needs a raise! She is amazing and so patient! Wish more people that deal with customers would be like her! Any question I asked she was able to answer or find the person who knew the answer. The units themselves need a little TLC from owners but other will never go anywhere else .”
“We just moved with them from LA to CA and overall I'm glad we requested Atlas and had them. The packers the first day were amazingly fast and overall kind and professional. We did have some pushback when asking for more stickering and paper on certain items. (on Unloading some things I am surprised made it because there was limited paper) Then the second day the loaders came with the semi and all were great again. They did a decent job wrapping and loading our items. (at unloading many things were missing parts or broken/dented/ marked) There was also a tornado warning and weather that day! Yesterday we had Correy and his associate (I don't want to misspell his name) come and unload us here in CA. They were amazing also! They were great at carefully unloading and putting things together as well as making sure we got everything and could write conditions if something was broken. Overall a great experience compared to other moves we have had with the military!I will add that they are under Atlas but Atlas is under TMM which from what I read is a nightmare to get reimbursed for anything so dreading that. It is also impossible to get customer service or anything from TMM. Also our HHG sat in LA for 3 weeks after loaded and no one has explained what or why.”
“Ms Consuella Brown was AMAZING! She made the pick up of a trailer to use super easy, even though a minor glitch and she felt really bad about it. Very personable and super friendly. Any U-Haul needs again we will go to this location. Return process was so easy and quick.”
