I have known of and had experience with Scott and Scott’s All American now for close to 20 years. Scott is an amazing individual and professional. Friendly atmosphere! Has some neat old bikes. They'll answer any questions you have. We interupptex his stereo installation and he still took time with us tire kickers!!

Called one day and asked if they did a specific upgrade. Was told by the receptionist that they did and to just bring my bike in for Bear to look at. Called Bear a couple days later to ask about the upgrade. He was extremely rude on the phone before informing me that he couldn’t do the upgrade because the bike was a newer year model. How are you gonna be a shop that only works on Harleys but you can’t do a simple upgrade on a newer bike. When I asked “so I have no other choice but to take it to the dealership”? He didn’t say anything just hung up. It kills me to think that I’ve sent multiple friends over there to support a local business and I’m positive they were treated the same way. Definitely won’t be making the mistake of referring people over there again. Such a let down from a place I really use to value.
