I've been going here for years and I've never had a unpleasant experience with anyone that's cut my hair, they always been nice and friendly. So if you're looking for a place try them out. Plus they aren't overly expensive either.

I was hesitant about going here at first because I didn’t think they couldn’t handle black people textured hair. But I was VERY impressed and Stevie the hairstylist was awesome ! Would definitely recommend

Stevie is hands down the absolute best! She is great/amazing at what she does! And always makes me feel comfortable and I always leave from getting my hair done and feel 10X better about myself than I did when I walked in there! I honestly don’t even know how to begin ? I am still at a total lost for words right now. My 2 daughters and I walked into Saturday’s on Airline Drive this afternoon in hopes of having my youngest daughter’s hair shampooed, conditioned and flat ironed…nothing out of the ordinary, very simple. Well, to our surprise…from the moment we opened the door and stepped over the threshold, all eyes were on my us, oh I guess I forgot to mention we are black. No one said 1 word. I mean not a hello, how can we help you, we will be right with you, not so much of do you have an appointment, please sign in…I mean nothing!!!! So we stood there patiently for a few moments, thinking maybe someone will get to us…yeah right! It was like, we had stepped into the 1950s. Everyone was basically looking at us like what are we doing there and don’t you know your kind are not welcome here. It was the most uncomfortable and unbelievable 5 minutes ever! Finally I told my girls, let’s go. And wouldn’t you know, no one still said anything as we left out of the door. Not a soul ever once acknowledged us entering, standing at the counter or leaving. What a shame! Yet, you advertise this place as being family, friendly hair care and no appointment needed! The way my family and I were treated today was utterly disgusting. I’m not one to even write reviews, but I wouldn’t even feel right about it if didn’t in this situation. I owe it to myself and my daughters. The public needs to know just what kind of unprofessional, discriminatory place is being ran there. Sad, sad, sad that this type of thing still occurs in 2024! A shame before God is what it is!

It took at least 5-6 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and there were 2 women goofing off. The one that cut my hair did NOT under any circumstances give the cut that I asked for and showed her pictures of. She cut it way too short and I asked if she would be cutting it at an angle like the pictures and she said "Yes, I am." I left there looking like a mushroom head. It was Awful.
