I've dealt with Regions for years. I've used many different branches in different states. Never had even the smallest issue. Some years ago a waitress stole my account number and made a bunch of charges. That was on Sunday. Monday morning I called the bank and the kind and competent lady stayed on the phone with me and worked to get everything squared away. The complaints I see here are obviously from 'Karens' that have no idea how banks work.

The branch had an opportunity to be a hero on a bad day and really make a customers day. Instead of using their hearts they decided that corporate policy was more important. I'll think long and hard about staying with Regions.

No customer service at window they just deposit your money making you wait till midnight didn't ask if your cashing or depositing the manager didn't care either they were just trying to get more people account set up without having properly trained staff the regions on Pines Road is much better than Airline Drive and I stay off in the hood

Will be closing my Regions checking account. The bankers are obviously not trained to help customers. I went through the drive-thru to cash a check. The teller came on the intercom and asked if I wanted to deposit. I told her "NO" and that I needed to cash it. She stated that she couldn't cash it, but if I chose to deposit the check it would be in my account that night at midnight. Saturday came and went, Sunday came and went, Monday has come and gone and it is still not in my bank account. I'm being told now that it should go through tonight at midnight.
