Worst bank! At least I’m not the only one having problems with Regions based on the reviews. My dad has Parkinson’s & COPD, so getting around is hard for him. We got a POA written by an attorney & they kept rejecting it for some reason. The attorney told us he has other clients they are also having problems with them. When he talked to someone with Regions, he found out you have to go see a certain individual at the pierremont branch to get it done. Only 1 person in the whole Shreveport/Bossier area knows what they’re doing & it took us 6 months to find out.Then there’s the hassle of dealing with the constant change in policy. I take him to withdraw cash once a month or every other month, if he’s up to it. We go through the drive thru since he’s not able to walk. One day, I was told they need to send a text to verify before they can cash a check since they don’t know us. The problem is we have a landline as the phone # & can’t get texts. I ended up going to my bank (BFCU) and they cashed it with no problems. This time, I was told I have to go inside to cash a check over $1000. I told her we do this all the time, the teller just said “ok”. What does that mean? After a minute, I pushed the call button & asked if they changed the policy b/c I’ve never been told that, her reply was “ok”. I pushed the call button again and a manager got on & said I had to go in. I told him my dad can’t walk. All he said was he can give me back the check. BFCU was closed so I went to my other bank (Chase) and cashed it with no problem. Service is HORRIBLE at Regions & I’ve had bad experiences at both branches in Bossier. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

worst experience ever today. stood in line for 45 minutes inside the lobby and i was 1st in line. employees walking around and ignoring you refusing to make eye contact. one lady came back from lunch and stood at her space getting her register ready but took at least 10-15 minutes. line was almost to the door as i left. one gentleman complained and said he would be calling a reginal manager. i heard the teller making excuses but i have been here before and had the same issues. What happened to customer service? i will be changing to a smaller more personal bank. I'm done. whole lunch hours spent standing in line to make a deposit.

Visited the location on last Friday afternoon. Lobby was totally empty. They one teller available in the front lobby and 2 other to service the drive-thru. While the young lady assisted the front lobby guest, she also had to constantly open the door for a technician that was there. She was very patient and I appreciated her for the help but I could not believe that on a Friday afternoon a big bank like that would allow so many people to go on lunch at one time. When the young lady finished assisting me there was a line behind me of at least 5 other people waiting to be assisted. Regions needs to get better management than to allow the guest to wait so long for assistance on a Friday. One of the busiest days of the week.

Not personable by any means. The topper is that they don't answer the phone 15+ minutes before they close so they don't get stuck past closing time. ? I cannot recommend Regions as a good bank to use...?

I've been banking with our local Regions bank for over 23 yrs. Every 2 weeks I deposit my paycheck like I've been doing for 23 YEARS!! But for the past 3 payroll periods when i try to deposit my check, and no I don't ask for cash back, my check is put on a hold. I'm told they will deposit a couple hundred but the rest will be held...yesterday it was for 24 hr hold, 2 weeks ago it was a WEEK. Went to a different Regions and one lady had the sense to look at my deposit history and seen where I've deposited a check every 2 weeks and signed off on the deposit. What is their reason...They say its because my account is below a certain amount and the check is above a certain amount and the computer kicks out the hold..That's the only explanation I get! Not one person with any sense will take 30 seconds to look into why it's been put on a hold and release the hold. I have to throw a fit to get them to release it and it usually takes 20-25 mins. I may not have much money in the bank, but I have over 23 yrs of loyalty and 4 accounts I'm moving to a credit union because service has gotten to be so bad.

If you have anything less than a hour don’t try and wait in line. Took a hour plus to get through the line. Insides closed so you must sit through the drive thru. No wonder this location has a sub 2 star rating

I don’t bank with you and I promise you I never will, especially after this. I found a members debit card in Walmart’s parking lot. I called this bank for them to locate the customer. They absolutely refused and I was instructed to either drive an hour to their bank or PUT IT IN THE MAIL! The mail!! Are you kidding me?! As a banker myself the right thing to do is locate the owner of the card. NOT tell someone to put the card in the mail. I highly advise no one bank with them. That’s shameful to say the very least. Shame on you!

This is a horrible place I was racially profiled when the pandemic first hit during the time it was appointment only. A woman from another race and I both had scheduled appointments and they let her in but not me after I showed factual proof of my appointment. I talked to the managers but they all said they would review the situation and nothing ever was done about it.

Extremely SLOW! I don't usually bank with them, but the check was drawn on them. Every single time I've bad to go to any Region bank, be it Shreveport or Bossier they're SLOW.

I wouldn't give this place 1 star even , there is never anyone to help you and people just walking around with nothing to do and excuses. Management here is a joke. Needs to be a change in management. Or shareholders need to Know what is going on in this branch. Every one is lazy....

Regions is a joke. They put a 10 day hold on a mobile deposit. Screwing me and my fiancee. As soon as my paycheck comes in on Friday I'm moving to cgase where they actually treat you like human beings.
