DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
I give one star simply for Brittany.
After months without my vehicle, I was excited to get it back, expecting the great service I had from five years ago. What a disappointment!!! My vehicle was returned with standing water, 3 inches deep, under the back seat. Everything under that rear bench seat is ruined, over $1500 worth of tools and equipment. The hood wasn't put on correctly, off center, hard to latch and doesn't close completely, both sides are raised and have a gap. The rubber around the windshield and rear glass was ripped out and looks like it was hot glued in place instead. The top of the cab isn't the correct one and is missing the strips that fit in the grove lines. Two of the doors are missing the rain shields. The antenna that existed on the front, top, left corner of the truck was found in the door panel of the rear passenger door. When I dropped the truck off, I had almost three quarters of a tank of gas; at pickup, it had just enough to get to a gas station close by. The headliner has greasy handprints everywhere. None of this is acceptable, "professional" work. I won't be returning and I won't be referring. The original owner was great! Veteran owned and operated. It's obvious that isn't the case any longer. Why can't people do a good job and take pride in their work? What happened to doing the job correctly from beginning to end?

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent repair service performed on my vehicle at your establishment. Despite bringing my vehicle back for a second attempt at the repair, I encountered several issues that remain unresolved and are simply unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.
1. Overspray on Window and Mirrors: After the second repair attempt, I still noticed overspray on the windows and mirrors of my vehicle. This should have been addressed and rectified during the initial service.
2. Missed Paint Areas and Door Alignment: There are areas on the panel where the paint is missing, and the door alignment remains problematic. The door still does not close properly, which is a fundamental issue that should have been resolved.
3. Lack of Proper Detailing: I was shocked when, after mentioning how dirty the vehicle was from the repair work, I was told that your facility does not actually detail vehicles. A basic level of cleanliness and attention to detail should be expected as part of any reputable repair service.
4. Unprofessional Response: When I pointed out these problems, I was told that my expectations were unrealistic for a brand-new vehicle repair. This response is both unprofessional and dismissive of the legitimate concerns I have about the quality of work performed.
My expectation, as any customer would have, is to receive my vehicle in a condition that reflects it being new, not dirty, and fully functional. The current state of my vehicle is far from this standard.

I do not recommend this place. My car has been there for over two months so far and they tell us a new lie every time we call. We have caught them in several lies. They even moved my car to another location and didn't bother to tell me. I have called them several times and they just keep pushing the date back. Do not use this place!

Customer services is horrible. Of course, my car was stolen but I found 4 of the parts that was stated, "it will take 8-12 weeks". I was able to get parts in 2 to 3 business day. The communication skills of the young ladies needs to improve for good customer services.

Great experience! All of the ladies in the front were absolutely amazing and kind. They kept me informed on my car the entire time they had it, got it fixed in a timely manner, had it detailed and answered every question I had. 10/10 recommend. I will be using them for any future car issues, thankful for good people!

Thee lady with the purple hair was so rude and unprofessional. The other staff are very unprofessional and I will not have anymore work done on my vehicle. The car detailer was the only person that was kind, helpful and professional.Service: Painting
