Brought my brand new truck in because I was hearing a grinding noise. I suspected it was the water pump. They confirmed it was. At first they told me it was going to be 10 to 12 days because they were going to have to order the part. They called me the next day and told me they were able to get a water pump from a dealership in Dallas. They were able to replace the water pump and everything was working great. I was able to get my truck back the next day.

No frills or gimmicks with Red River Chevrolet. They are honest, friendly and helpful. I always have my truck serviced by them and would recommend to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. You can’t beat their lifetime powertrain warranty.

I just Love this place! Our second vehicle we purchased here. I will never want to go anywhere else to buy a car. Everyone there treats you like a friend and you feel like you’re apart of a family with them. They also have a great selection of vehicles with reasonable prices to choose.

Although it took 4 1/12 months for our Tahoe to be built and delivered from the time it was ordered, and not all of the accessories were included as ordered due to shortages and backorders, our experience at Red River Chevy was a good one. They couldn't help the aforementioned inconveniences. Their staff from sales and finance to parts and service were very kind, helpful and courteous. My family and I have been buying vehicles from them for over 25 yrs and have never left feeling dissatisfied. If it's not right, they'll at least work with you to try and make it right. That's more than can be said about a whole lot of places nowadays. Our salesman, Butch Cole, did us a great job as per usual too. I highly recommend.

We have been looking for a vehicle since October. We had recently looked at a near by Chevrolet dealership and had a horrible experience there. We found the same vehicle online in stock at Red River so we came in to see if they wanted to do business with us. Deanna was our salesperson and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. Everyone there was helpful and kind. No one likes to spend hours in a car dealership, and our experience was quick and easy. They wanted to our business and were wonderful. I would definitely use Red River Chevrolet. We will be repeat customers.

Ashley was very professional and helpful. The part needed had to be ordered but came in quickly. The reason for 4 stars is communication after the work began could have been better. My car unexpectedly had to be left overnight but there was no communication about that or the next morning about when the car would be ready. I had to contact them to find out my car was ready.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Red River Chevy. Our salesman Gene was amazing and the finance dept worked with us to get us where we wanted to be. Recently I took it in for an oil change and some warranty work. Julie, my service advisor was quick to help when my appointment was accidentally cancelled and worked me in that same day to get it done. She also took care of an issue with my warranty without me having to personally deal with it. She communicated very well and kept me up to date with info. It was a great experience buying my vehicle and having work done there as well. I will be back when more service is needed and definitely recommend them!

Although it cost me more than I was prepared for, the service was excellent! I would especially like to recognize Service rep Paige! She is OUTSTANDING!!! Very professional and very helpful. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for any better representation for your company than her! This is our 2nd purchase with Red River. We purchased a truck a week ago. Our sales person Mike was very helpful. He explained all of our options. We were finished in a few hours. We love the smooth ride and space in our new truck. Red River gave us a good deal on our trade in (despite the needed repairs). It was more than we expected. Todd the finance guy answered all our questions. He even reprinted our paperwork when a better offer came during the signing. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the tread on the tires. They did tell us that if we have tire issues we can bring it in to their service department. Other than that. I will visit Red River again for my next purchase.

Good service but not Great Service. I have visited this location for the past 5 years for all issues with my vehicle. The employees are always nice. When I first started going to this location they would offer complimentary wash and vacuum for your vehicle with service. They also would complete a bumper to bumper inspection which always lead to more cost for me but it ensured that my vehicle was taken care of so I didn’t mind the extra cost. Well I found out this service has to be asked for now because it comes with a charge. But when you spend almost $5k on a service with them In this economy you expect next level service. Well no matter what you spend you want to ensure you are being well taken care of. My vehicle arrive dirty and left dirty. Next time a little extra service would be appreciated. All in all my experience was a great one. They always get the job done and my service advisor Paige was awesome. Kudos to her for doing such a great job!

I was able to get in the same day since there was a cancellation that after. It was easy to find the service department (not true at some dealerships). I was immediately directed where to stop the car and then immediately greeted by the service advisor. The price was fair and everyone was prompt and professional. I’m from out of town but will definitely stop in again if I’m in the area and need service.
