I was told the service to my vehicle would take about 1 1/2 hrs. It actually took almost 2 1/2 hours! In years past I could get my oil changed in 30 minutes! That has more than doubled recently!

Our experience at Red River was comfortable, simple, and a rather enjoyable process. From the get go our agent Jesse Smith was there to answer each and every question that we had for him. I brought my own pre-approved rates for financing which I didn't think they could beat and he was able to get me an even lower rate. He worked with me to get a teacher discount and when you're buying a vehicle every dollar matters. They gave us a great value on our trade in and we went home in a few hours with a beautiful brand new 2025 Chevy Trax. Jesse spent extra time ensuring that we understand all the bells and whistles and he made us feel like family. I had my 2022 Chevy Tahoe serviced today at Red River Chevrolet. Everyone that I encountered went above and beyond to take care of me. Ashley was my service provider and was fantastic. All of the other service providers were quick to step in and help as well. Ashley even set me up with a Lyft driver to get me Back to work. I will definitely not go anywhere else!
