Went in for them to put a seal on a change of beneficiary form..Was told it would be about 45 min. Which I was ok with...As I was walking out I was stopped and told that I needed account verification...That didn't sound correct so I left and voiced via a curse word my dissatisfaction...Drove to another bank and had it done in 10 minutes and for no charge...Received a call frome the Red River branch manager scolding me for my language...told her I was going to close my account and she agreed that I should...Great experience closing the account at a Shreveport branch...that's why I gave them 2 stars....

Very disappointed... I came to talk to the bank explaining my situation that I only had a week and I needed to open some trust accounts... and was very clear that I didn't mind opening a normal account if that was what was needed to push further with opening the trusts. Just let me know and I could do that. I gave them all the paperwork needed to review and waited for a response. I was leaving the country the next week so it was vital that I knew something before I had to go. Of course I had not heard anything the day before I was leaving so I called and left a message to get some kind of answer. And the next day, the day of my departure, they called to let me know that I needed to open a simple account first. Really? You couldn't have called me back yesterday to let me know this. And of course his response was "my manager was out for a few days" I think it's so frustrating when people just apologize, then go on about their day, and not give it another thought, but the client is the one who gets screwed completely. I could have gone to another bank to start the process, but I trusted this one, because the gentleman was so nice and seemed competent. And their response always is "sorry". How is sorry going to fix my situation? Now it is too late, as I am on my way to the airport. Thank you for wasting my time. I really thought this bank was going to come through. I am leaving and now will have to add another trip back to open the simple account before I can come back to open the trust. Who is paying my plane ticket? And their only response is, "I'm sorry". Does anyone know a good bank in Shreveport/Bossier area???

I moved here an opened a business account at the airline branch. My experience has nothing less than great. I am from a rural area in Texas an I always valued my local bank an the relationship I built with them was personal. I love a loan officer that has compassion character. It's always a good sign when the staff is genuine. Mrs Terry is amazing at what she does. If your looking to build a lasting relationship where you matter not just your money you have a home at Red River Bank Airline......

I recommend the Red River Bank off of Airline in Bossier because they are always so pleasant. They know what they are doing. I only have to wait 2 min maybe 5 to be seen and taken care of. I highly recommend Jackie at that branch. Jackie helped me soo much with my questions and concerns and was extremely nice. Thanks Red River!

The bank teller overstepped her boundaries, provided wrong information and was not friendly at all. She tried to get me to not do the transaction at the branch.
