Pierre Bossier Mall is a single-level, enclosed regional mall right off I-20, making it very accessible. It is anchored by Dillard's and JC Penney and offers a dynamic mix of retail. The mall is nice and clean, with lots of great sale prices and a big selection. The few stores left are well stocked and seem adequately staffed, with sales associates noted as very knowledgeable and friendly. While the days of malls are significantly reduced and the campus needs some TLC, there are some cool shops and great folks working there. Management hopes people will support the remaining stores.
