As far as the night front desk lady,Kristie, she was AWESOME! *** SHE GETS ALL 5 STARS *** The room how ever, was terrible! *** O STARS *** No trash can anywhere in room, room had houseflies and the remote didn't work. But it was so late we just wanted to sleep. Won't ever be back!

The toilet sang through the night as the stopper was broken. But it was very clean. The staff was friendly. It was not the swankiest hotel around by any means but it was comfortable. And it was safe. And it was an at an amazing price point. The pool was available to use but we did.

This hotel is perfect in location. It is right across the street from Starbucks and the bossier mall. The breakfast is always hot and fresh made to order. Perfect for those with children and the rooms are great. The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. It is out favorite place to stay when visiting.
