Love customer service people. Cleveland, in Bossier City Louisiana is an awesome representation of excellent customer service. He is always polite, patient, concern, and willing to go above and beyond to take care of his customers. Great young man!

Went to ORR Nissan of Bossier with EVERYTHING working properly on my vehicle. all I needed was an oil change & air filter.
When I got back in my car my a/c wasn’t working compressor not engaging.
Spoke to a representative in the service department only to be told the oil change and the air filter had Nothing to do with my a/c my car is older and things break but they can or will perform a diagnostic on it for 150.

Be cautious about taking your vehicle to Orr Nissan in Bossier. We had issues when I originally purchased my vehicle and should have run but went to shreveport and they were great. I had a bad blow out the other day and a piece of trim was replaced as a result. Unfortunately they replaced the wrong piece of trim and then tried to removed the trim after leaving me with a half adhered piece of trim and I didn't notice because until my husband pointed it out. They also left my dirty spare tire in my trunk instead of putting it back. Overall 0/10 for both not being aware enough to realize what piece needed to be replaced and then also trying to strong-arm the piece of trim back off. The service representative Austin told me that they did indeed try to remove the piece so this is not speculation

The best experience ever for buying a vehicle. Brad is the bomb. His manager. Joey, is just as awesome. Easiest buying experience ever. Spent less time ever buying a vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vehicle.

BEWARE, BEWARE, First you can read the back story and catch up on the saga I have had with Orr Nissan Shreveport service prior to taking car to Orr Bossier. This company should be ashamed of, themselves for the lies and misrepresentation. I have spent over 500 dollars just towing it back and forward to Louisiana. I live in Marshall but my intial breakdown was in Shreveport. I been dealing with Orr as a company a little over 9 months with the same issue. I lose all confidence in Orr Shreveport after last supposedly repair on 02/16/24 of a warranty part I still ended up paying more money again. I had car towed to Orr Bossier 05/14/24 Ecm had shut my car down again after driving it only 93 miles since February after Ecm was replaced. Service Advisor Cleveland seemed very understanding and truthful but he did something I felt was unprofessional after I had my car towed back home after being misdiagnosed again. I was told that my wiring harness was rubbing a screw on the Cam and that made my Ecm shut down again. Keep in mind in 08/23 I took it for the same problem they told me it was the negative battery post that made Ecm shut down spent 1379.78 intially plus another
100.00 when i used warranty for the Ecm they said it was the positive battery terminal that should have been replaced the intial service when negative was replaced. Fast forward Orr Bossier tells me the warranty is voided to Ecm since the wiring harness supposedly caused it to go out total was going to be over 3400 for the repair. I contacted Consumer Affairs they did some investigating they agreed to pay to replace the Ecm and the price dropped down to 2295. I spoke with Cleveland explained to him what day I was coming to see where it was rubbing against the screw to see the actual problem when I arrived at the dealership I was told the technician was off then i agreed to let someone else show me this was taking so long I got upset paid 150.00 for a misdagnotic sent a tow truck to pick it 05/31/24. I received a survey I completed it spoke with Loyalty Manager Crystal 06/17/24 explained that I been dealing with this situation with car too long . I just needed Orr to work with me since I had already spent over 1400 trying to fix this issue she stated she would speak with Service Manager and get back to me another lie as of 7/20/24 still no call back. Then my service advisor took it upon himself which was unprofessional and cause I'm a woman calls me 06/21/24 discussing what I said on the survey which solely is my right then he told me another lie that he will speak with Service manager also and call me back still no call back keep in mind my car is sitting on my driveway. I finally had it towed to Patterson Nissan in Longview didn't give back story on Orr just Ecm had been replaced. So they completed their initial diagnostic it seemed as Ecm was just the problem but once they looked up the warranty the technician told me he was going to dig a little deeper to find out why it went out in less than 3 months or should I say less than a 100 miles after being replaced the wiring harness was not rubbing against the screw on the cam. The lies that Orr Nissan company provided over the last several months and many tows was not the Ecm. The problem was not the ECM the wiring harness was not rubbing against a screw thanks for the guess Orr Bossier. The entire time I been getting told my Ecm was bad and my battery terminals was the cause was a lie THE WIRING HARNESS WAS OVERHEATING CAUSING THE FUSE TO THE ECM TO BLOW AND SHUT ECM DOWN THE DAMN ECM IS FINE. I'm out of pocket over 2900.00 dollars but my car is finally repaired. All the lies and going back and forward with Orr Nissan as a company buyers beware when purchasing and taking to get serviced this is a horrible and unprofessional business to do business with. I have all my receipts to prove didn't want to post but I will if necessary. STAND ON BUSINESS ORR AND DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
