Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Opha, which makes me not trust this company. I am a serious buyer and texted her questions on the fees they charge, and when she was evasive, I asked her again, but she responded rudely, and told me to find another agent. What I am noticing lately, is that many agents/companies are starting to charge buyers part of the seller's commission if the seller refuses to pay the full 3% commission. The agents do not want the buyers to know this, and so they are being evasive. This is a huge financial purchase and every buyer has right to ask the agent/company about any fees that will affect them at closing. And if an agent will not be upfront about their fees, how can buyers trust them to be honest when showing houses? It is the first thing I ask an agent in order to understand whether or not I can use them. There are plenty of agents who do not charge fees, and for me to take on part of a seller's commission or pay additional fees to make the company wealthier is not something I want to do. As a buyer, I should expect the agent I want to work with to be open and transparent about these fees. Buyers need to do due diligence before working with any agent, so they have no huge monetary surprises at closing. Opha got mad that I asked her about their fees, and thus why she made me small and told me to find another agent. But she lost business, not me...I just moved on to another fee-free agent.

Opha and Dianne worked very hard to sell our home (as well as writing up a contract to buy a home) going above and beyond working thru issues that derived during the time the house was on the market (such as COVID-19 and a freak hail storm that cause excessive damage to our house.) We really appreciate their professionalism, communication and helpful/positive attitudes throughout the entire process and HIGHLY recommend them for anyone trying to buy or sell a home.
