I have been bringing my buicks here for years and i have to pay more for way less. They used to rotate my tires and do and inspection with recommendations, when I had my oil changed. Now I have to pay for those things.

Was planning to book appointment for oil change; however, before I could do so, I got a call from your maintenance department reminding me of a oil change due. I booked for the next day and was able to get an early appointment as desired.
