The nicest staff! Not pushy at all & they’re just genuinely kind people. I felt safe & welcome there, and I’ll definitely be back.

Thrilled with both the deal and the CX-30 I purchased. Jennifer was exceptional in addressing my needs, and really goes above and beyond to provide support. I've got to say, best experience in my life time in buying a new car.

This place has been the worst experience of my life. First when I bought the car, we were needing something as our family was expanding. And we were sold on this particular car because it had the amenity of the SOS system no matter where we are (we live out in the boondocks with no service half the time) and if we needed help we could receive help. Took it off the lot brand new. Two weeks later the phone system and the SOS system kept throwing up the error that it was deactivated. It would randomly cut off like I would be in the middle of a phone call and then stop working. Took it in at least twice to have it looked at they never got it to work. I have had the fuel pump replaced (while it was under warranty). I just replaced my brakes around June 4th and while pushing the piston in my husband accidentally pulled the e-brake wires out on the driver side. Now the emergency brake is broke. What I mean by that is the emergency brake on my rear passenger tire locked up and wouldn't release. Which I found out is a problem in Volkswagen vehicles not just my car from the year 2019 - 2022 (there's a lawsuit in action in California against Volkswagen not wanting to put out a recall on the emergency brake). So take it in and they said that the sensor, harness, and motor for the emergency brake had to be replaced on the driver's side and that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I asked if replacing the e-brake system on the driver's side would fix the passenger side where it's locked up and the technician verbatim said, "it's locked up on the right side?" Uh yeah... my brother in law delivered it to them on trailer. I also explained that I already replaced the brakes. And they said, "You did?" Then they proceed to tell me that because I drove it locked up that it stripped my new brake pads and rotors. If they could have seen my face... I told them I could drive it which is why I had it delivered on the trailer. So there was no way my brakes were bad. I told them to get the parts needed for my emergency brake system but I wasn't replacing the brake pads and rotors. $2,200!!!! They told they would send me pics of the rotors and brake pads never got those. I informed them I would know if they switched out my brake pads because I marked them. When I got the information about the parts after paying I looked them up and found them for at least half of what they charged me for them. I was overcharged by like $500. They don't answer the phone and are joking and laughing when I walked in after calling for two hours several times. When I would bring my vehicle in for an oil change I would ask for my tires to be rotated every other oil change, I got new tires cause one of mine wore down so much and when I took it to Discount Tire the tech told me that they have never been rotators because they shouldn't look as bad as they do. I can't rate them low enough. Scam artist, dishonest, and just all around bad service!!! Don't go here!!!

Whatever you need do not go to this place. We had the absolute worst experience here today. We went in for a simple new key set up. They did repairs without our knowledge or consent. While doing so they broke our brake line. They handed my husband his keys acting like nothing was wrong. When he tries to drive it he released his brakes no longer worked. They then had the audacity to say we brought it in like that. Then they refused to fix their mistake and now are charging us $500 to fix what they broke. I don't even think they deserve one star!!

Definitely complacent. They are to comfortable with being salaried. You often wonder around the parking lot for minutes, before a sales person approach or even say HI. I actually had to get one out of building to purchase my Volvo Atlas. Good they the only one in Bossier.
