“The best cell phone repair in the bossier mall. I dropped my phone in water and it's wasn't backed up so I thought I lost everything. He took my motherboard out and put in in a new phone so that I could transfer all my data to the new one. Once it was done than he had to transfer the mother back to the water damage phone. I've been going to him on all my screen repairs and any other electronic repairs. He's never let me down and has all came through in a timely manner.”
“I was on vacation in the Bossier City area and decided I was, after 13 years, done with Boost Mobile. I decided to try Metro. For $10 less a month ($25 with auto pay), I'm getting similar service and 7 x's the data (35 gig) per month!
The gentleman who helped set up my phone and transfer my number, Tremarcus (@ Supreme Wireless) was friendly, helpful and, even though I got there 15 minutes before he closed, stayed late to set up the phone I brought. If this is the service I can expect from Metro, I'll be with them for a long time!”

He was extremely attentive to our needs, exceedingly patient with our MANY questions, and highly efficient in solving our issues.

“Yazmin is very humble and takes her time with each client. Always very cheerful and happy, his colleagues are equally good people, they don't speak 100% Spanish, but the attempt is what matters. Other places, you speak Spanish to them and they look at you badly or they don't serve you here on the airline. I recommend them for anything here. They will help you Yazmin, follow how you are doing, that store is filled with Hispanics because of your way of serving people, very good service.”

Thank you for taking the time to listen to what he was unable to comprehend due to several strokes he experienced due to Covid-19. I wasn't able to help him because I live in Alabama and was speaking with him over the phone. After many attempts to help him, I finally got him to go inside the store and ask someone for help. I am so grateful that he found a very caring, polite, kind, patience, professional store representative. It is nice to know that there are still good caring people in the world today. “I just wanted to leave a review about the VISION CENTER and DR ALICIA CROOKS.Unfortunately there's not a different heading just for the vision center or Dr Crooks so I'll leave it here :)I was in a time crunch and needed to get my yearly eye exam and the place I usually go couldn't get me in for a month. They actually recommended that I see Dr Crooks at this location. I called and she was able to see me within a few days of my call.When I arrived for my exam I was warmly and friendly greeted by staff. Check-in was fast and easy.I'd never saw Dr Crooks before so wasn't sure what to expect. She was VERY nice and friendly! She discussed my medical history with me, gave me a thorough eye exam and answered any questions I had. Unlike some places the exam was not rushed. She took her time and did a thorough exam.The staff gladly help me look at frames and helped me find some that were a good fit for me. As far as frames go there was a nice selection from really inexpensive all the way to really high (as far as I'm concerned). Although there was a fair selection I wish there had been more styles to choose from.My glasses were in in about a week (due to my prescription) and I was met with the same warm, friendly, helpful staff when I went in to pick them up.I highly recommend DR ALICIA CROOKS if you're needing an eye exam and this location of Wal Mart Vision Center if you're needing new glasses or even repairs.”
