I eat here at least once a week (I know they get tired of seeing my face lol). Their tacos are my favorite and I make sure the world knows. I went to Houston a lot just to get some authentic tacos, but learning about this place has saved me from taking that 4 hour drive as much. Thank you all for always being so amazing. See you all some time this week, maybe even today :)

Horrible horrible horrible, from the customer service to the food
They literally put about 10 pieces of meat on my taco then told me after I addressed it “that’s how they come” never will I ever eat here again

Today was the last time I will ever order food at this place. How they won taco wars I will never know. I ordered 3 different kinds of meat all of it was dry and overcooked or reheated. The steak was like eating a beef jerky taco. Idk what they think birria tacos are but what they give you ain’t it. Nothing I got was fresh and it was the same way the last time I ate from there. Way overpriced for what you get.

The place is very beautiful, very picturesque. It reminds me of Mexico, the staff is very friendly, but slow in the kitchen, why I give 3 points is because to be the taqueria that won the war, I expected a lot, but much more, I ordered the campechano taco, the supposed winning taco, friends . I know about tacos, I have eaten Campechano tacos and these were really nothing like they were delicious. not as good as I would expect..
Honestly, for me it's not a winning cue.

Maybe it’s because it was earlier in the morning idk but the tacos were simply nasty. My bf enjoyed his chicken tacos, but my steak tacos were not good at all. The steak was hard & felt like trying to chew a rock. Not to mention we’ve had authentic tacos from Richmond Virginia, Virginia Beach, Texas, & many other places , but these were the smallest tacos we ever received. Not worth the money & definitely wouldn’t give it a second chance .

I love this place, cozy, practical and with great attention. The tacos are the real deal, street tacos prepared upon ordering. The food plates with 2 sides and your choice of entrees, changed daily, are reminiscent of the "Comida Corrida" so popular for the working class. They have a great selection of products to peruse as you wait for your food. Pay them a visit and if nothing else, try the quesabirrias. They are awesome!

I added on an order of rice and beans and was charged $9.50 for rice and beans way over priced. Also lacking customer service

Birria tacos were absolutely delicious and greasy.The service is great but only have a few English speakers. But very nice. Ambiance: It's a well kept store with Mexican música. I love finding places like this when I miss Mexico. There is a bunch of little dishes made daily that are also very good.
