Paid for a massage for my boyfriend for his birthday and the experience was horrible. The only nice thing about the place was the front desk lady. The massage therapist did not do what was asked, she acted like she did not want to touch the client at all, and she talked the entire time making it impossible to relax. Her name was Jennifer, I do not recommend her. That was $70 wasted.

Kirsten is great at taking care of my needs. She can go as deep as I need but can also provide a relaxing experience when needed. I use massage therapy as a way to combat chronic pain in my back, hips, and legs.

Do NOT RECOMMENDI signed up for a membership in 2021. Toward the end of the year I decided to place a freeze on my account since the holidays are busy. I decided to forgo the freeze and instead wait it out until my one year mark then cancel. I went in for a massage in February and told them to cancel my account. I had already been charged for march so I went one last time. Come to find out they only placed my account on a freeze. I did not realize they never canceled it and was never notified they unfroze my account or that they were about to charge me. I called and let them know if the issue and was met with a condescending tone. I let them know I never received a text. She then said “oh well looks you opted out of text so that is why. We don’t have to notify you. It is only courtesy.” I was never notified,in any form, of a recurring charge.I then requested to cancel only to find out I have 60 days to use 7 months worth of massages unless I want to pay an extra $10 a month to use your account during a freeze (to extend the 60 day window).Moral of the story do not fall for the scam that is Massage Envy membership.

I booked an appointment online. A lady called me 20 minutes before me said there was a scheduling error, that they had double booked the 11 appointment and I guess they moved me to a 12 o’clock appointment somehow. I could not go at 12 so she threatened to charge me for the appointment anyways. I asked to talk to the manager, she was equally inhospitable. After threatening to cancel my membership she agreed not to charge me for the appointment. Learn to treat your customers better.

I bought a 1 year membership for my wife monthly payment and 1 massage a month, my wife was never able to use any of them. The manager offered a freeze plan and i said no thank you i agreed to pay for a year and i will but unexplained to me they automatically renewed it without my knowledge or approval and are still taking out payments without my permission, i called they said fill out cancelation form and 10 day period they would decide whether to let me stop paying on a fraudulent renewal. This is not fair and probably illegal but i dont think they care

Horrible customer service. I have a membership and the clerk wouldn't allow me to book an appointment without providing a credit card when it's all ready a card listed on my 10 year membership.

I tried scheduling an appointment to use a $100 gift card my family purchased for me. It took over 2 weeks to find an appointment. In that time I misplaced the gift card but I went to the appt hoping they could pull it up. They could see it but wouldn't apply it, and charged me $70 for not using the service I had an appointment for. So I basically lost $170 for no services rendered. I had a very uncomfortable feeling in the lobby and it was made worse by feeling scammed.
