“I moved downtown a yr ago and the move-in process involved tons of Amazon deliveries and returns, of course. I could have gone to places closer to me, but I chose the UPS Store because they always get it right. Everyone working there including Inki and Lance are friendly and helpful. It’s been very busy sometimes when I’m there, but they steadily get everyone taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Had I great experience. When I walked through the store I was greeted with big smiles. Right away a young man behind the counter asked what I needed and how could he help. His name was Droe. He was really nice and polite. I had just got off work and I was exhausted. He did everything in his power to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Good Job Droe!!! It's not very often you find someone so helpful and so polite ready and willing to make your life a little easier but I found that today thank you ups and thank you Droe”
