I love lowes and i have always been a lowes exclusive shopper, this one in particular is well stocked and has a very large selection for any home improvement needs you could imagine. My big issue is that the last several times I have shopped here it is really hard to find an employee who is not helping another customer. Also, the reliance on self checkout is out of hand. There was only one cash register open, and I'm so tired of self checkout being the only option. Please make sure you have adequate staff because it is really difficult to get help when needed.

Came for a pick up order app said ready. it was not. they had to pull half my order. Then made me drive around the store to get the rest. Told me to pull up to an employee only gate. They would not let me out the gate when the order was finally ready. had to walk all the way around the store. Asked me help unload a 400 lb shed. Guess it’s ok to unload a 400 lb shed but not ok to walk thru a gate. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS A JOKE!!!!Update I let the lady know. she rolled her eyes at me. So say what you will, but an attitude like that will not change. And this was from a manager I’m sure because they had to find her. She had the key. If a customer is not supposed to use that door you should not allow them to pull up to that door. Further more if I make an online order for pick up and it’s ready it should be ready in the same place you shouldn’t make a customer drive all around your store especially in places I’m not allowed to be in.

Lowes staff, from customer service to Pro Desk are extremely helpful. The paint department is very efficient and I absolutely love the cashiers. My supplier of choice.

My best friend's finance $4,000 with Lowe's for a cyclone fence for his dog. They came out didn't even have all of the parts that were ordered some were even the wrong color. It has been over for a month now because he's made that many payments and they still haven't made it good.

Matt in the paint dept is THE best employee Lowe’s has. What a great guy. I haven’t seen customer service like he gives in years. Kudos to Lowe’s and kudos to Matt for a great experience.

Seasonal dept gets an A +. On Sat I was in dept and a very nice man answered all my questions about a Christmas item. The time was 1030 and I didn't get his name. The next day Mr. Trey found an item I was searching for and took time to find it for me. Thank you both for excellent customer service The item was the The blow mold nativity scene. I wanted to add this was a phone call for Mr. Trey and he was super patience with me.
