The biggest downfall is the self checkout. Come on Lowes, this is where people get large items, and large quantities of items. It's a real pain to scan this stuff at self checkout, and then, you have to get assistance anyway. Bring back the real cashier service and it will be 5 stars.

Most of the time not enough check out lanes open and most of the staff can’t help you if it’s anything leaning toward the more technical side of things. The folks are friendly and the bathroom is decently clean, that’s about it.
