Bought our Canam Maverick Sport from them this summer. Was told when signing papers that there was a recall on the drive shaft, the part would not be in until September. When September came, we brought the bike in for the recall to be taken care of and was told repeatedly that there was no recall at all. Additionally there was a popping noise in rear-end we asked them to look at. However, they took the bike in and did the drive shaft repair under warranty which took well over a month. The rear end popping sound was not addressed at all (was told they did not hear any popping at all - surprising because now it's louder than ever). We went pick up our bike yesterday and learned that Louisiana Powersports does not value other people's bikes. Personally, we take care of what we have. Our bike was garage kept & detailed on a weekly basis. What we got back is a sad excuse of customer care. We cleaned our bike before bringing in and it's obvious that it was left out for the past month and I'd be surprised if one of the employees didn't take it out for personal use. The plastics are all sun damaged and faded, the frame is full of mud residue (how if it was only on their gravel parking lot??), multiple of our lights no longer work, & wiring was damaged amongst other things. The bike was absolutely filthy inside and out. I don't care if you have a 20k bike or a 50k bike, customers' bikes should be taken care of with respect. 10/10 do not recommend ever purchasing or doing business with Louisiana Powersports. My brand new bike that cost a very pretty penny looks like absolute shit now with permanent damage.

What an incredible experience. Go see Benny Walters. He has all the knowledge you need to know when it comes to buying a recreational vehicle. Over the top customer service from the Owner Jimmy Gould, Linda Boyd in finance, and Benny Walters for selling us the unit. You can tell from the time you walk in that it is the place to be. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would!!!! Thank all of you for helping us.

I paid 150 dollars to get my bike towed to get fixed . They kept it 2 weeks, then I finally get call it’s ready. I pay the $754 which was owed for fixing it plus I bought a helmet for 200 to ride it back home. 10 miles down the rd the same thing happens that I pay for them to fix. Now I have to scrap up the funds to get it back to the shop plus I ask for a refund on the helmet so I could make up for the funds I’ll have to spend to get it back to them they told me they couldn’t give refund. It’s no courtesy what so ever. It’s ridiculous!!

I called for a service to be performed, they said it would take days to complete, no appointments. I asked if they store indoors, they said no. So my $34,000 dollar Slingshot isn’t important to them it apparently.

I brought my mower in for some warranty issues...i had them do an oil change.. They charged me $199.00 to change filter and two quarts of oil..They will never get anymore of my business....

We brought my niece's zero turn mower in right at closing time on Saturday. The service manager, Aaron, knew exactly what was wrong (after we had explained what we had done to find the problem). He took the time to replace the part right then and found that the machine was still under warranty so it was at no cost to my niece! He went way above and beyond what we expected. Definately will be back for future purchase or repair.

Would not recommend this place. I was told someone would call me back about I question I had. I never got a returned call. If this is the way they conduct business I wouldn’t trust them for anything I need.

I dropped my slingshot for upgrades and had more problems with it prior to dropping it off. Of course, Louisiana Powersports do not want to show ownership for causing a problem. I would not recommend this company for any service or upgrades.
