Very poor communication skills. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible attitude. Called based on the site info on a Sunday and had an angry individual tell me they were closed with a terrible attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Didn’t even get a chance to say my apologies and thank you for your time. That’s too bad. I’ve always heard great things about this place. If you have no time for a quick professional response, definitely wouldn’t trust that attitude with my fur baby! A business’ representation and professionalism never get a day off.

Nobody has ever been able to give my Airedale a proper traditional cut! But WOW she did amazing!!!! Even though it’s a drive we’ll definitely be going back.

I took my pup yesterday and I was not pleased he came back patchy clipper streaks through his fur has patches so I’m highly disappointed the first time he came back he looked great he smelled awesome this time I can tell he didn’t get a bath the job was rushed I also don’t believe she cut his hair today he hair on the back of his head was not blended in with his back fur his tail looks like pin the tail on the donkey I guess it was her husband he made a comment your dog doesn’t like me well the way he looks I wonder why it’s cut so far down on his chest more like he was uncomfortable in the process also some text attached to show how Unprofessional this lady is then to threaten me so i can’t take my dog anywhere to get him groomed if he was not acting right should of called me

I was calling to check a price, I have a husky. The lady answered the phone and i told her my dog breed. She told me “ I don’t do husky,it’s just a lot of work. A lot of shedding” She was really rude! ALL DOGS SHED

Tresa did a wonderful job! My dog was well taken care of. She got him in last minute. He smelled wonderful and looked great. She went the extra step and cleaned his ears as a bonus. We got him bathed, groomed, teeth brushed, and ears cleaned. She was very thorough!!

My shih tzu was nothing like I thought he would look he was real choppy and she didn’t give him a teddy bear face he was cut way to short the only thing I liked was that he smelled good and her prices aren’t outrageous like everyone else but I would rather pay more to get what I want so I definitely won’t be returning because he was chopped and screwed lol
