Just want to thank Josh, David and Adam for getting a difficult deal done for my wife and I. All those that bought a car during Covid know what I’m talking about if you’ve tried to trade one in lately.
These gentlemen went above and beyond to get the deal taken care of.
We are back to a Lexus and I don’t see us buying from anywhere else from now on!!

Poor service. 3 hours for an oil change,and tire rotation. Spent half the day there. Bad experience. Understaffed and poorly managed.

...and this is coming from a cynic- ESPECIALLY when making a major purchase like a vehicle!!! I have zero complaints about the entire process, but if there was an issue, it was resolved immediately. This dealership in particular KNOWS how to take care of their clients, and they won me over, they will be my go-to when the time comes for another.

I would like to start with the knowledge and expertise of the service section at this dealership. Ms. Diamond was my service consultant and she was extremely courteous, and for the record I have a 96 Lexus LS 400 which they did not make me feel as if my car did not matter. I would also like to thank Mr. Fred in the parts department or merchandise section as well Extremely professional and exceptional service. I would make this 2 Hour drive from Alexandria anytime moving forward.

Service department is reliably unreliable to contact and/or keep in contact with. Main desk receptionist is ill mannered. Go to Yokem Toyota in Shreveport if at all possible.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cost of vehicle maintenance here is outrageous. They charge nearly twice what other mechanics in the area do, and their turnaround time for getting your vehicle back is very slow.

I am underwhelmed with the customer service and quality of service I would expect when owning a Lexus. When I go to Sewell in Dallas, I am treated like a Queen!!
