She is rude for absolutely no reason to her customers. I don’t understand why she’s rude you would think she would be nice to the customers who are paying her THEIR money. There are thousands of nails that someone can choose from and what she needs to realize is that no one has to choose her to do their nails. She also does basic nails, meaning if you want any kind of design or anything that might be a little complicated I wouldn’t trust her to adequately fulfill your request.

The nails was not all the way cover with acrylic . They were badly shaped and filed. Now when I went the first time the younger lady did a great job. The second time the male did a refill and it was a horrible job. Nails didn’t last long at all. That shop when the last owner own it was my go to , but they sold it them the new owners. I wish I had a chance to ask why but I know things don’t always last forever. Anywho, if the younger lady can’t do them then I wouldn’t get them done. The mom did my daughter nails and they to was bulky wasn’t done right or filed all the same . The pic that is posted is my daughter nails and you could clearly see they’re not filed down .

This place does absolutely gorgeous nails, however they are slow. I understand you wanting to provide a great service. But this is your profession and the goal should be to get people in and out while providing that great service. I will visit this location again, but at a time when I have absolutely nothing else to do. I arrived at 8:57 and didn’t leave 11:02.Services: Pedicure

So called before coming and was told no appt needed and she could do it I also drove from Blanchard to bossier to go to her to get there and see 2 ppl in the shop it’s noon and it was her and her husband there working to be told she don’t have time for me today was so rude and made me very uncomfortable needless to say I won’t be back been coming here for years but never again just shocked at her behavior I think she may need to retire if she don’t enjoy what she is doing

Lena was not having a good day at all and the customers got the remnants of her frustration. Upon arrival, my daughter and I noticed Lena's curt manners towards a pregnant lady who obviously was a first time customer there and unfamiliar with area of sink and towels. She then grew upset with her husband and jumped up to yell at him. Unacceptable. The husband left abruptly after receiving a phone call, leaving Lena to finish my daughter's nails (picture posted)I explained to Lena that I was not satisfied with the rough look of my daughters nails. She walked away and act if I wasn't speaking. She blamed the finished look on it being "regular polish" and asked me to wait so she could put another top coat on it. As I explained that it's the coating under the nail, she walked away. Her only resolve was to put another clear coat on the nails. Needless to say, we won't be back.Did I mention she knicked another customer and did not apologize.Very rude and unprofessional.

They were very clean! Finished in a timely manner with just Lena and her husband there. I often get stiff hands while getting my nails done and they were both very patient and gentle with me. I will definitely be coming back!
