If I could give zero I would. Jasmine, the girl working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She sounded like she was annoyed to do even the simplest thing or answer the simplest questions. If she is going to have an attitude, maybe she should take off of work.

Jamaya the little girl working the counter was rude and on her phone and had ten cars lined up behind me because simply incompetent. Didn’t even get the prescription have a bad feeling about the situation.

The drive up always seems closed. They keep the closed light on when the drive thru is actually open. Then you need to press the button for someone to answer via phone and then might show up 5 minutes later.

Nobody picks up the phone when you call and service is terrible. Needs a change. Will not be using Kroger pharmacy ever again

Not a good place to put your meds if you need them right then, also don’t put your meds in there with refills because they will never refill them unless u come up there. Also, if you want your meds transferred they will say that the pharmacy will have to call them. I called corporate and then tried to go back on line for my meds and it is saying that I don’t have anything in their pharmacy. My doctor is canceling those meds and resending them somewhere else. My new pharmacy tried to call them for a month and they won’t even answer the phone. I pray that they will close this location down because there are very few people in there that are helpful but the others are rude. I will continue to use the store because I Love the food there. I am sorry but I had to warn everyone before they choose this place.

Very bad service. Waited a hour, till told us it was on order. Too late to take it now. Got the flu. Needed tamaflu today! Di not recommend this pharmacy.

Poor service, rude employees with zero compassion. Go somewhere else unless you want a pharmacy employee to try to override your doctor's orders.

The absolute worst pharmacy if you actually want your medication when your doctor prescribes it. There have been multiple times I've gotten sick and needed medication quickly. Every time, they say my medication won't be ready for about 4 days. If you go in and talk to them face to face, they'll usually tell you to walk around for a couple hours and they'll get your prescription ready. Waiting at the store while sick is not my idea of fun. Also extremely inconvenient when you have to bring your 2 small children in with you every time. And forget about using the drive thru all together. They will completely ignore you most of the time. Usually one person is working so it's incredibly slow. They desperately need to hire more people. I finally had my monthly medication transfered to a different pharmacy. I highly recommend you do the same.

Tried to call multiple times to transfer my mothers prescription. Voice mail on all of them. Throughout the entire time they are open. I even tried to call HR and they answered, only to hang up. The pharmacy on a different branch even tried to call to no avail. Is this how Kroger treats patients who needs life-saving meds? Krogers mission statement is “To be a leader in the distribution and merchandising of food, pharmacy, health, and personal care items, seasonal merchandise, and related products and services.”Clearly they are failing at the leading part. Management, please do something with this. This is not looking good on you all.

Rude to customers but nice to coworkers, told me 1 hour wait but took 4 hours. Then gave me someone else's prescriptions! 1st time trying this pharmacy and definitely my last! I'll stick to CVS!

This place absolutely sucks. Was told prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. 24 hours later, still not done. This has been done multiple times.
