I should have read the reviews before ordering a gift from here and requesting same day delivery. Four days later, the item still hasn't left the building. Numerous calls to corporate and them trying to resolve with the manager have amounted to nothing but aggravation. First and last time I will be buying anything from Kay Jewelers.

I just left there a Lil ago n I was completely lost. Thanks to Ms.Destiny Curry guidance and help I was able to pick out the perfect ring for my wife. She was very helpful and passionate about making sure I left satisfied. Thank you so much, I will be back very soon to get that necklace.

Staff member was very indifferent and purposely unhelpful when maintenance service was requested. However, when I left the store and phoned in the exact request, I was met with a much more pleasurable disposition — I hate to assume it was bc she couldn’t see the color of my skin. Ultimately, I declined the service and was treated in a respectful manner at the Boardwalk location.

We just went to look around today, and get an idea of what we were looking for. I reached out to Lyndi and she helped all the way to us walking through that door. She explained everything so well and was very knowledgeable about every question we had and even some that we didn’t even know we needed to know. If your looking for someone to help you pick out the perfect ring or even gift, definitely come here and enjoy a great experience

Mark Allemand and his staff are very helpful in trying to resolve some past issues from my wedding rings being lost in transit. I feel they are going above and beyond to help get my current customer profile up to date and with the accurate info so that my inspections and warranties last the lifetime of my rings.

Horrible service I have came here 3 times and all times the service has been awful. Between waiting around and no one acting like they want to help. To being told I had to pay 300 to have my ring fix then going to another Kay’s and having it fixed for free.

The staff has bar across the board for a perfect customer experience; from the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the rings itself, but in walking me through the entire process on what would be done and when it would be back. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!I had Comenity Bank card with an extremely high limit and just received a new card in the mail. I verified the amount and activated the card. I went to make my purchase and it did not go though. It was verified that I had the open balance to use. When I spoke to the "yahoo's" at Comenity Bank they stated that since I had not used my card I was on a hold status. I proceeded to ask them to open it back up I was making a large purchase. They would not. I used the card just three years ago on another large purchase. They wanted to run my credit again before they opened my card up again. Needless to say I said no and paid in cash. They are rude, and missing out on large purchase buyers by putting holds on cards.

Kay’s is the best jewelry place! Friendly staff, Victoria was so helpful and friendly to me , she was knowledgeable about all the jewelry I looked at and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely come back!!!

The store hours listed are incorrect. This site listed hours from 10am to 8pm. I showed up at 10:30am to a closed store, opening at 11:00am. Google or Kay’s needs to have or provide accurate information to their customers. I don’t have the time to wait.

My fiancé and I took his late fathers ring to be resized. We were informed a week later that the ring may have been lost in transit along with some other jewelry. We have contacted the local store as well as corporate. We cannot get any answers and we’re only offered a replacement of comparable value. Honestly how can we put ant value on his dads wedding ring. So angry and disappointed in their lack of empathy through this whole situation.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I purchased a wedding ring for my fiance from here, along with the protection plan for free sizing, etc. I went into the store to have it re-sized and was told it could not be resized (tungsten) but was not told that when I ordered it online. The lady in the store says "That's why we tell our customers to not shop online, come into the store." I was given the run-around and told they'd make it right. Fast forward a week, they called and said there was nothing they could do, I'm out $350. They suggest I purchase another ring. I contacted customer service, who told me that they couldn't work it out with the store, so they would escalate it to the District Manager and get back to me. Fast forward 3 weeks and I can't get an answer back from them. My biggest regret is that my fiance also purchased my $4000 engagement and wedding ring from them as well. I wouldn't give them another dime of my money. Years ago this used to be a wonderful company, but I tell everyone that I know about my experience...do not shop with this company.
