“Walked in with a broken hat/tie pin. Sentimental value to the owner of the pin made it priceless, irreplaceable. 5 other "jewelry repair" shops refused to even try to repair it. Said it wasn't "worth" the effort.All tried to sell us(not the owner of the pin) a "replacement" or a design/cast of an identical pin...$800-$1100 were the quotes.Gabe said he would try, only charge if the repair was successful, and he delivered! The repair isn't immediately noticable. The pin can be displayed, which is what the owner wanted. It was a very reasonable price. Thank you, Gabe!! Your work made the owner very happy!”
